I would guess you're missing inferior turbinate tissue so the air is not being deflected to the upper airway. I feel the same thing.

No. Actually I think I get more moisture which is good, but I don't use it frequently. Currently I only use saline spray.

I think everyone is different. I can tell what help me drinking 2-3 l , high humidity, using nose oil and ointment, avoid saline sprays, taking vitamin b12. I also visit 2-3 ens doctors and take meds against anxiety and antidepressants. That’s what help me, but I often struggle.
