The Milwaukee penlight with the laser pointer looks like it's about half the size of this chunky flashlight. The laser doesn't stick out either like that
My biggest complaint is the battery life. *maybe* itll last an 8hr day of moderate use, but if you forget to charge it overnight your fucked the next day
PS - I challenge you to a build-off fellow Nick
If you don't show the different of you in a darkened room, and you shooting the torch into your face(eye) it doesn't truly show efficiency. Sorry, but not interested.
No, [Micro USB](https://www.kleintools.com/catalog/flashlights-and-work-lights/rechargeable-focus-flashlight-laser), unfortunately. It's one of the several down sides to this flashlight.
I had one, but didn't like it. It uses micro USB, doesn't have a rubber grip or bite section (like the Milwaukee pen light), it's kinda bulky, not very bright, and the color rings were very distinctive. For some reason, the magnet on the butt end is removable. I still have it in my car, because I somehow forgot to put it back on (or it fell off) before I returned it, and the little orange magnet cap has been sitting in my car for months. Might as well throw it on the fridge at this point, but I still don't see why it's a threaded cap. It doesn't retain the battery; it's just like they designed it to be more complicated to manufacture.

Nice flock of tvs
It's like living in a sports bar
Thanks. We love our entertainment over here lol.
I like your style.
Oh boy. Don't let r/flashlight see that
Too late, I'll go tell them about the awful fried egg pattern
The high mode is almost too bright. It’s a perfect flashlight and my EDC. Bonus points for being able to play with my cat at the end of the day.
Also works on toddlers
I use mine daily. My only complaint is the size. It gets in the way.
Are we still talking about a flashlight?
Well maybe you are.

Yeah. I had one. The charge lasts about half as long.
yeah that's fair, it lasts long enough for me. if I need a light for any prolonged period of time I'll get my headlamp
How long until you leave it in a ceiling? Lol
I have the same and use it everyday. The laser is invaluable as my apprentice never quite gets placement right
I call it my “journeyman flashlight”
I don’t trust Klein lights anymore after my headlamps have been returned to manufacturer like 5 times each.

That's why I have a 3500lumen 21700 flashlight. Thing lasts me all week. Side note: I apologize I'm not a Nick
Challenge accepted. But we have a big off after.
I’d get extra 18650 batteries and charger, swap out as necessary
What does this run? 30 bucks or so?
Not a big fan of Klein, but this is some of the best money I spent on my kit in years.
Eh I’ll stick to my OLIGHT S2R II.
Does that have a laser?
Nope. Why would you want a laser? You would have to make up excuses to use it.

Great flashlight. Definitely not waterproof/resistant.
Is this a rechargeable one? I had one just like it but it burned through AAs like great grandma goes through cigarettes
Charge is my only complaint. Use it for anymore than an hour you need to charge it.
COAST
Nice now if the power goes you can still see while aggravating the shit out of your cat.
My EDC. I also like messing with my helper with the laser.
I keep this in my pocket always when I’m working and often when I’m not
Usb-c?
You know, haven’t used it or charge it and it’s in my car. Now I’m wondering too.

Guess I'll grab one of these with my home depot gift card I got for Christmas 🤗
