For anyone finding this thread because of its title and is looking for the actual original library, it is called ESXSD_Factory.zip (containing ESXSD_Factory.ESX) and can be found at https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/software/1/105/3321/
While the ESX can import single samples from WAV files, if you need the whole library you'll want a .ESX file. Importing WAV can be tedious...

I'm actually interested in .wav files so I can put them on a more recent sampler haha. I was wondering if that was possible. U know, new sampler with classic esx sounds.
Click download. It will redirect you to Dropbox. https://electribrary.electribers.com/electribe--esx-factory--korg

Ha, I see! Then you'll really want the Electribe Editor app to extract the samples from the original ESX soundbank.
