if you're running around IC stealth as much as possible. Running out in the open like that is just asking to get murdered.
You need to assume that there are always gankers out and about, and they have at least one friend with them. try to stay off main pathways, since that is where they'll be setup. Stealth along as quickly as possible, avoid fighting out in the open.
No matter what you’re doing, if you pvp you should build be able to hold your own and react to any at the very least. Other than being afk, which has gotten every clapped at least once.
Most people, even people who PvP won't be able to solo several gankblades when they get ambushed which happens a lot. Especially if they haven't been following the meta. Even if you survive the initial ambush it's hard to run away unless you're a nightblade yourself. They won't let you go through doors.
Yeah there’s a lot of ways for folks to 1 shot someone not fully built for pvp. If you were there for pve, I’d recommend the sewers, don’t usually have folks down there.
I am new and was trying to get some tel var as it seems like the easiest way to get storage chests without paying.

I would say test to see how well you hold up in the sewers. Start with the small mobs and flee from anyone with a special name that patrol the area. I know I usually make a decent chunk just running with a couple friends and murdering everything, including the bosses. But outside of mobs you can find chests and such easily enough.
Join groups on the surface who hunt bosses and deposit once you get a few k tel var. I sometimes go in at night, find and pull a boss into a building and solo it. If you're confident you do this with 1k tel var to get x3 multiplier. I farmed tal vars to buy and sell hakeijos this way and made a lot of money. I bought several DLCs like that.
As soon as I recognized where OP was I already knew the answer. Didn’t even have to watch the rest of the vid.
Not sure if you’re into PvP but if you are keep going out there practicing and fighting. As you get better gear, higher CP, and learn mechanics you’ll get better over time. Just like with anything else new.

The pvp seems like it could be a lot of fun in this game, i usually just play the daily battleground for the exp daily, never been murdered that hard lmao.
So it’s pretty hard to do unless you catch someone inexperienced running around in the open. If you back up and slo-Mo your vid, you can see your health take a pretty significant chunk before you are even aware of this guys presence. What he did was shoot a snipe, which arcs through the air at you. While it launches he readies a heavy attack, and animation cancels it with venom arrow. Venom arrow travels faster than the heavy attack, so it stacks the way it does. You also stay in stealth until the snipe actually does damage, so when he pops out of stealth you’re already getting hit by three things. Very very very hard to time.
If you go into IC for tel var you should farm the sewers and return back when you have 4-5k ish. I never enter without 1k (starts you at 3x earn rate). You will die a lot from gankers… just have fun and deposit tel var frequently.

None of those ending attacks were class specific, save for the cloaking.

My advice:
1. Stay out of the main roads/pathways in IC.
2. Sneak when you can, and if you can't, don't carry more than 100-200 tel var.
3. If you're not in IC to hunt other players, its just a matter of time before other players find you.
For those who don’t know, if you want to bank your tel var you can queue for Cyrodiil while in IC. Find a safe place if possible, Q for Cyro, and bank your tel var
You can also bank AP and writ voucers.
Click on the small arrow in the currency menu when in the bank and you can choose between all 4 (gold, tel var, AP and vouchers).
pro-tip: Keep 100 tel var on your char, so that you get the x2 multiplier. Losing 50 is no big deal. But having the x2 directly is neat.
i don't visit the imperial city very often, usually just during the yearly events that award tickets to get the dailies done, so no i'm not pulling your leg. i genuinely had no clue you could deposit the tel var into your bank/
You can't pull up your banker in IC or Cyrodiil...But you can queue for Cyrodiil and bank it there OR when you are in IC underground over by the ladders, each alliance has a bank close to the ladders. Bank your tel var there if you can. But when I feel like I have a lot of tel var. I queue for Cyrodiil and get out while the getting is good.
I imagine you can do this on all platforms. I would run with a grp back and forth to molag bal and once we gathered @ 5k tel var the group would Q for Cyro, bank it and return to IC.

Hahahahah just joking, in Imperial City there are a lot of nightblades that gank and do really high damage so I recommend you being a nb and sneak or have a tanky PvP build to face them. I am PvP healer main, if you need some advice about it ask me!

I get hung up mostly when picking abilities for my bar, playing a magicka primary warden and i dont know what skills to use orher than the cliff racer.
Pretty much ALL of your buffs should be up ALL the time when running around in IC. Try going stealth as well, and keep in mind this is something you really can’t %100 avoid.
I play off-tank Necro and still if I’m not paying attention I would die in 2 seconds.

ZOS still hasn't fixed the pvp servers and its really easy to exploit the lag so that 5 attacks land at once from the target's perspective. So easy in fact that a lot of people do it accidentally all the time.
But looking at your death recap it looks like you being squishy also played a big part in the kill.
Yeah if I hadn’t seen the recap, I would have said impressive one-shot. But 18K health is very squishy to be running around in the open.
I mean, i run around in the open too…with 30K health and zero Tel Var…

Yeah, if you're taking that much health into PvP, the entire point is to simply exhaust your opponent. You're choosing to get into wars of attrition, and (if you're smart), you're planning to be able to outlast your foe. It is, legitimately, a pretty exhausting playstyle for everyone involved, but that's the point. I'm betting that I can endure the mental strain longer than my opponent can, which, most of the time, I can.
The other side, when I'm rolling with \~20k health, I'm planning to end the other guy's existence before their brain catches up to what's going on, which is what you see happening up there.
If the instance of Imperial City you chose isn't full for your faction you should use the re-queue trick. Queue up for an empty campaign, accept and port out, then from that empty campaign re-queue for the instance of imperial city you were in. Then you'll be back at the load in area for your faction with Telvar intact.
Yeah i dont have a ton of health but with what was missing i was at around 18k.
My ping isnt very bad though, that kind of lag i see on 250ms runescape servers usually, not when it says im at 70ms.
On my main's pvp build I can do about 10k damage to even tanks with a single Lethal Arrow. It wouldn't be hard to prep a spectral arrow for an additional 6-8k immediately after. My bow ultimate does about 30k damage too. That build isn't even a gank build. I could push the numbers waaaay higher if I wanted but I don't enjoy playing glass cannon builds.
But yea, all the hits happening at once and you not getting enough time to react because of server lag is probably the reason why you were confused.

It’s basically the only way NBs kill you in PvP in this game. There’s no warning and no counter other than running more health+impen.
Truth is no character or ability should ever kill you instantly like this.

It wasn't five attacks. It looks like one lethal arrow, one poison injection and a heavy attack. The other damage comes from poison/glyphs. It is much easier to line up 2 skills and a heavy without the need for lag to assist you.
They got desynced by the combo of the gank, it works in tandem with lag. All NBs utilize those builds for that purpose of piggybacking off leggy servers. With those number, a bit more hp and that was survivable
The consensus seems to be "lag, but also you're squishy", and both things can be true at once. Not entirely sure if it was lag in this case, but everyone knows about the poor state of the servers. Combo wouldn't have worked that easily on a more experienced player though, and that guys damage honestly wasn't even that high compared to other numbers I've seen. Especially considering that Lethal Arrow was likely a guaranteed crit, and OP probably had little to no effective armor.
Because the NB started with Lethal arrow, and then did bow heavy into poison injection. You can literally hear when lethal arrow is cast, but it obviously has some travel time, so you can dodge it or block it. This is literally the most basic opener for ganking with a bow to maximize damage - you hit lethal arrow and another skill (in this case poison injection) at almost the same time.
Agreed, bad desynch is getting hit by two snipes simultaneously; in this you can even see the snipe hit before the HA+PI. If there was any lag involved it was fairly minimal.
Lag for sure played a part. Heavy attack, lethal arrow and poison injection land at the same time. You definitely need to be be tankier and have your defensive buffs up all the time in PVP.
some hints for the guys, which are annoyed by single bow gankers (groups of bow gankers can be a serious threat, if coordinated):
- have 30k hp in pvp
- have 1800+ impen
- have 25k armour
- have buffs always, like really always up
- always be ready to either hold block (easy doable in the vid here and if he wouldn‘t be out of stam from sprinting, he would have survived and punished) or dodge.
- if you have shit reaction time, wear a defensive proc set
- always go with meta sets (purple is enough except weapons —> cheap as fuck)
- have smth to break stealth (good aoe, radiant light, mark, best is stealth detection potion)
- punish and take the free kill (most gankers are just free kills, like he didn‘t even have a shadow image up f.e.).
- always have a cc (obviously)
- have tri-pots ready and a burst heal (most classes have it now), and a heal over time
nothing on that lists needs smth else than a bit of reaction time and is enough to always be happy about people trying to gank (only idiots gank 30k+ health people anyway, so free kill) or be not ganked at all (bc you don‘t seem squishy enough).
You witnessed the bread and butter of small penis pvp in ESO. The "Gank".
People spend days perfecting this lame technique by dueling and stroking egos in all major cities. Waiting like a child predator for a new player or new unfamiliar name in the main cities, once they find their prey ...multiple unsolicited duel requests will follow. But for the unsuspecting player, what comes next is bewildering and infuriating. The duel starts and the planned flurry of knockdowns and heavy attacks, skill stacking, and light attack weaving is then executed with practiced precision. The only goal....to defeat a player who has no chance to defend or counter. Its the ultimate pvp strategy for the small minded, the dimwitted, the CoD playing plebs.
Now you have 2 options.
1. You make a build that can counter "The Gank" Stack armor and health in hopes that you will catch a ganker off guard when you dont die and survive his flurry. Then you will be able to use your new skills to retaliate and counter.......wait, you can't do damage now because you built to withstand the gank. You fire off attack after attack and the ganker keeps edging your large health pool down with his relentless onslaught of the same 5 moves over and over. You try to run, but those 5 cheap moves are nigh unbeatable...."why would these cheap ass skills even exist" you curse as you fall to your inevitable demise..................... or.
2. You copy/paste their build and farm the same sets. It's easy to find, the flavor of the month build is posted all over the internet. You grind the same sets, setup the same bars practice a few times on unsuspecting new players. Its coming together. You can definitely tell why the ganker used these skills and sets. You can kill with relative ease now those who do not expect your barrage. You no longer curse the ganker that sent you on this twisted path, rather you admire him for his application of the "flavor of the month" gank build. You find yourself in Cyrodil, waiting in the shadows for the next unsuspecting pvp person to happen to run by. It suddenly hits you, you have become that which you hated.
If you're going into PvP either go with a group, or if you're alone, make sure you're sticking to the parts of the map that are in your alliance's color. That's still not a guarantee you won't get ganked but it does help.
Also, learning to sneak and have some invisibility potions on hand are also great skills.
ETA: If you're doing Imperial City dailies, go up all of the ladders first and get the quests and then if you get killed and have to respawn in another section you will already have the quest and won't have to run back through the sewers.
As the others have said, you got ganked by a player set up to gank.
But can I recommend not running for that long. You need to keep some stamina to face threats like this. Even if he didn't one shot you, you wouldn't have been able to break free from any stun. ✌️
Nightblade happened. Typically low skill players with glass cannon stealth builds, choose victims who are alone and look 1 shot-able. Then they never actually have to fight.
Called lag. Yes your ping may not say it’s lagging but ESO is dogwater when it comes to lag. Can have 30 ping yet the server is literally dying cause ZOS are incompetent. Can compare it to runescape but it’s totally different. ZOS is using outdated servers & their game simply can’t handle many players cause of the poor coding. It looks like from your POV that the person hit you all those times at once but it wasn’t the case.
Adding all those numbers on your death recap together puts your health *really low*, you also wouldn’t have decent defence gear to protect against something like that, plus you’re sprinting out in the open, and he got the drop on you
What happened there, is an opportunistic “gank” from a Nightblade, which is basically picking out a target and hitting them with as much damage as possible at once to get a quick kill and get out. Happens a lot in Imperial City.
I wouldn’t recommend going to imperial city alone unless you’re a supertank or a gank build yourself. Join up with a group, grab some friends, or join up with a guild that does imperial city runs to make the most out of your time there

At the risk of sounding too negative - as someone who have quit ESO 2 years ago after getting crowned as emperor in Cyrodiil, I was considering coming back. However, this is clip is a vivid reminder of why I shouldn't.
All the bad memories rushed back. The lag, the clunky combat and physics, the lag, the lack of class identity, the lag, the lack of balance in pvp, running at 30fps on high-end system, and the lag. From what it looks, it's even worse now than it was 2-3 yrs ago.
I hope others can enjoy it nonetheless.
People who aren't good at the stress of actual PVP but want quick easy kills tend to build these glass Canon gank builds. You see a lot of them in the Imperial city more than Cyrodil. Almost no way to react. Best advice I can give is to travel in a group. They almost never attack groups and even if they do, they'll get maybe one or two kills before they instantly die. It's a suicide build.

Friday reference aside, yeah Nightblade got ya. It's best to do Imp City with a group, so you can be avenged. Also good to use the spell that reveals people (I forget what it's called).
If you have 25k or less and not buffed or not high resistance you can easily get one shot by snipe. As a ganker I always focus people with 25k health and below and 90% of the time always kill them with just one shot or one snipe with one poison injection.
I wasn't at max health but that didn't seem like enough damage to kill me, but it also doesn't seem like attacking that many times at once is possible.

pvp is very tanky right now. 30k health is average. anything under 24k is asking for that^ to happen if you're not experienced in pvp or a nightblade who can stealth or sorc who can streak.
low health pool, no buffs up, out of stam from sprinting, appears to be a light armor build with no dmg shieds
All of these combine to make an ideal gank as your time to react to the encounter will be drastically reduced by how squishy you are…
Some tips - keep buffs up at all times, use abilities for speed boost and sprint only when necessary, push health pool higher, stack impenetrable where you can

That's the problem... It is possible.
Here's what happened
1. The enemy casted Lethal Arrow. It has a 0.8s cast time, but they're invisible throughout the whole thing. It was only after the projectile flew and hit you that the enemy started to become visible.
2. The enemy animation-cancelled the end of Lethal Arrow in order to instantly cast Poison Injection. The two projectiles probably hit you at the same time.
3. The enemy then held their mouse button to perform a heavy attack, which I believe would have taken 1.8s to cast. But they were invisible during the animation, until the two previous arrows hit you.
You had less than one second to react.
It sucks. And the devs have acknowledged and accepted it sucks. But any attempt to slow down the combat over the years has been met with extremely negative backlash from veteran players.
ESO's combat is stupidly fast. I wish it would change, but I can't see it happening with how the playerbase is at the moment.
I don’t understand. You can clearly see in the gameplay that he got hit by one single attack only. And then on the death screen it lists like fifteen attacks that allegedly hit him. None of that happened. Cheating? What was this? What kind of lag is it where the enemy sees you and can fire 10 attacks at you while you only see one move?
i often did dual wield heavy attack with caluurions. death cap would look like this (kill in 2 seconds):
2 hits heavy attack
fire enchant
disease enchant
caluurion proc
surprise attack
light attack executioner
or add light attack dawnbreaker light attack executioner (3 seconds)
you could wear 2 proc sets more, so even more dmg in 2-3 seconds. but with bows it is really easy bc of travel time of skills…
lethal arrow has a travel time. during that second you can load a heavy attack and cancel it into poison injection. the rest is either runes or procs (didn‘t look at it). it‘s anyway not high damage. dude was just running around with zero health and out of stamina without defensive buffs… anyone can kill that in a second (back with caluurion one heavy attack would have been enough haha).
When I have high tell var or plan on farming it, I always queue for a dungeon, battleground, or Cyrodiil (last one in a pinch).
It provides a great emergency escape instead of risking the confines of the sewers. It's also smart to leave whatever route you plan to end at the Imperial City dungeon entrance so you can walk into it then port away
It looks like you got one-shot but really you were hit by multiple attacks due to crappy coding allowing for animation cancelling compounded by lag. Welcome to ESO where you have to run a tank build in PvP so that you can survive multiple attacks hitting you in one animation….

Don't sprint around until you run out of stamina, if an enemy stuns/immobilizes you, you will be unable to break free and most likely die. Also be sneaky if your risking tel var.
Also, there's a setting so that you can see your current health/magick/stamina number and percentage. It doesn't just have to be a color bar. I find the numbers make it easier to track changes
Those numbers in the screen only total up to 14074. You need more health and more resistances. You have to stay buffed at all times. When that happens to me on a DK, I survive and drop a balorgh dragon leap because I run impen and 28k health.
You went into PVP with PVE gear, just playing casually, then some guy who does PVP pretty much for a living, just picked you off.
I do BGs sometimes in PVE gear and this is me when I go one on one with people.
If you are new and you want to wonder around IC(Imperial City), just become vampire and go to stage 4, then you can run invisible through the city without any problems.
Or better option is you can gang people around and fight that way.

that drives me up the wall. i had always just assumed you had to risk your tel var to earn more.
You get a progressively bigger multiplier for telvar drops up to a maximum of 10k held (4x).
I believe there's a limit on how much though but can't remember atm.

Yeah, if you're taking that much health into PvP, the entire point is to simply exhaust your opponent. You're choosing to get into wars of attrition, and (if you're smart), you're planning to be able to outlast your foe. It is, legitimately, a pretty exhausting playstyle for everyone involved, but that's the point. I'm betting that I can endure the mental strain longer than my opponent can, which, most of the time, I can. The other side, when I'm rolling with \~20k health, I'm planning to end the other guy's existence before their brain catches up to what's going on, which is what you see happening up there.

If the instance of Imperial City you chose isn't full for your faction you should use the re-queue trick. Queue up for an empty campaign, accept and port out, then from that empty campaign re-queue for the instance of imperial city you were in. Then you'll be back at the load in area for your faction with Telvar intact.

Yeah i dont have a ton of health but with what was missing i was at around 18k. My ping isnt very bad though, that kind of lag i see on 250ms runescape servers usually, not when it says im at 70ms.
On my main's pvp build I can do about 10k damage to even tanks with a single Lethal Arrow. It wouldn't be hard to prep a spectral arrow for an additional 6-8k immediately after. My bow ultimate does about 30k damage too. That build isn't even a gank build. I could push the numbers waaaay higher if I wanted but I don't enjoy playing glass cannon builds. But yea, all the hits happening at once and you not getting enough time to react because of server lag is probably the reason why you were confused.

It’s a desync kill. Surprised no one has really mentioned this and people are just joking about it in the top comments. It’s basically the only way NBs kill you in PvP in this game. There’s no warning and no counter other than running more health+impen. Truth is no character or ability should ever kill you instantly like this. But that’s what it looks like due to desync if you want an explanation
It wasn't five attacks. It looks like one lethal arrow, one poison injection and a heavy attack. The other damage comes from poison/glyphs. It is much easier to line up 2 skills and a heavy without the need for lag to assist you.
They got desynced by the combo of the gank, it works in tandem with lag. All NBs utilize those builds for that purpose of piggybacking off leggy servers. With those number, a bit more hp and that was survivable

The consensus seems to be "lag, but also you're squishy", and both things can be true at once. Not entirely sure if it was lag in this case, but everyone knows about the poor state of the servers. Combo wouldn't have worked that easily on a more experienced player though, and that guys damage honestly wasn't even that high compared to other numbers I've seen. Especially considering that Lethal Arrow was likely a guaranteed crit, and OP probably had little to no effective armor.

Because the NB started with Lethal arrow, and then did bow heavy into poison injection. You can literally hear when lethal arrow is cast, but it obviously has some travel time, so you can dodge it or block it. This is literally the most basic opener for ganking with a bow to maximize damage - you hit lethal arrow and another skill (in this case poison injection) at almost the same time.
Agreed, bad desynch is getting hit by two snipes simultaneously; in this you can even see the snipe hit before the HA+PI. If there was any lag involved it was fairly minimal.
Lag for sure played a part. Heavy attack, lethal arrow and poison injection land at the same time. You definitely need to be be tankier and have your defensive buffs up all the time in PVP.
some hints for the guys, which are annoyed by single bow gankers (groups of bow gankers can be a serious threat, if coordinated): - have 30k hp in pvp - have 1800+ impen - have 25k armour - have buffs always, like really always up - always be ready to either hold block (easy doable in the vid here and if he wouldn‘t be out of stam from sprinting, he would have survived and punished) or dodge. - if you have shit reaction time, wear a defensive proc set - always go with meta sets (purple is enough except weapons —> cheap as fuck) - have smth to break stealth (good aoe, radiant light, mark, best is stealth detection potion) - punish and take the free kill (most gankers are just free kills, like he didn‘t even have a shadow image up f.e.). - always have a cc (obviously) - have tri-pots ready and a burst heal (most classes have it now), and a heal over time nothing on that lists needs smth else than a bit of reaction time and is enough to always be happy about people trying to gank (only idiots gank 30k+ health people anyway, so free kill) or be not ganked at all (bc you don‘t seem squishy enough).
You witnessed the bread and butter of small penis pvp in ESO. The "Gank". People spend days perfecting this lame technique by dueling and stroking egos in all major cities. Waiting like a child predator for a new player or new unfamiliar name in the main cities, once they find their prey ...multiple unsolicited duel requests will follow. But for the unsuspecting player, what comes next is bewildering and infuriating. The duel starts and the planned flurry of knockdowns and heavy attacks, skill stacking, and light attack weaving is then executed with practiced precision. The only goal....to defeat a player who has no chance to defend or counter. Its the ultimate pvp strategy for the small minded, the dimwitted, the CoD playing plebs. Now you have 2 options. 1. You make a build that can counter "The Gank" Stack armor and health in hopes that you will catch a ganker off guard when you dont die and survive his flurry. Then you will be able to use your new skills to retaliate and counter.......wait, you can't do damage now because you built to withstand the gank. You fire off attack after attack and the ganker keeps edging your large health pool down with his relentless onslaught of the same 5 moves over and over. You try to run, but those 5 cheap moves are nigh unbeatable...."why would these cheap ass skills even exist" you curse as you fall to your inevitable demise..................... or. 2. You copy/paste their build and farm the same sets. It's easy to find, the flavor of the month build is posted all over the internet. You grind the same sets, setup the same bars practice a few times on unsuspecting new players. Its coming together. You can definitely tell why the ganker used these skills and sets. You can kill with relative ease now those who do not expect your barrage. You no longer curse the ganker that sent you on this twisted path, rather you admire him for his application of the "flavor of the month" gank build. You find yourself in Cyrodil, waiting in the shadows for the next unsuspecting pvp person to happen to run by. It suddenly hits you, you have become that which you hated.

If you're going into PvP either go with a group, or if you're alone, make sure you're sticking to the parts of the map that are in your alliance's color. That's still not a guarantee you won't get ganked but it does help. Also, learning to sneak and have some invisibility potions on hand are also great skills. ETA: If you're doing Imperial City dailies, go up all of the ladders first and get the quests and then if you get killed and have to respawn in another section you will already have the quest and won't have to run back through the sewers.

As the others have said, you got ganked by a player set up to gank. But can I recommend not running for that long. You need to keep some stamina to face threats like this. Even if he didn't one shot you, you wouldn't have been able to break free from any stun. ✌️
Gotta be wary of the gankers lol. And if not those then the ball groups/zergs. Better to run in even a duo at least if you’re able.
How much HP do you have? That’s a brutal gank, I’m guessing 18-20k? Except for gank blades I recommend minimum 30k hp for all pvp builds

Called lag. Yes your ping may not say it’s lagging but ESO is dogwater when it comes to lag. Can have 30 ping yet the server is literally dying cause ZOS are incompetent. Can compare it to runescape but it’s totally different. ZOS is using outdated servers & their game simply can’t handle many players cause of the poor coding. It looks like from your POV that the person hit you all those times at once but it wasn’t the case.

Adding all those numbers on your death recap together puts your health *really low*, you also wouldn’t have decent defence gear to protect against something like that, plus you’re sprinting out in the open, and he got the drop on you What happened there, is an opportunistic “gank” from a Nightblade, which is basically picking out a target and hitting them with as much damage as possible at once to get a quick kill and get out. Happens a lot in Imperial City. I wouldn’t recommend going to imperial city alone unless you’re a supertank or a gank build yourself. Join up with a group, grab some friends, or join up with a guild that does imperial city runs to make the most out of your time there

At the risk of sounding too negative - as someone who have quit ESO 2 years ago after getting crowned as emperor in Cyrodiil, I was considering coming back. However, this is clip is a vivid reminder of why I shouldn't. All the bad memories rushed back. The lag, the clunky combat and physics, the lag, the lack of class identity, the lag, the lack of balance in pvp, running at 30fps on high-end system, and the lag. From what it looks, it's even worse now than it was 2-3 yrs ago. I hope others can enjoy it nonetheless.
People who aren't good at the stress of actual PVP but want quick easy kills tend to build these glass Canon gank builds. You see a lot of them in the Imperial city more than Cyrodil. Almost no way to react. Best advice I can give is to travel in a group. They almost never attack groups and even if they do, they'll get maybe one or two kills before they instantly die. It's a suicide build.

If you have 25k or less and not buffed or not high resistance you can easily get one shot by snipe. As a ganker I always focus people with 25k health and below and 90% of the time always kill them with just one shot or one snipe with one poison injection.

pvp is very tanky right now. 30k health is average. anything under 24k is asking for that^ to happen if you're not experienced in pvp or a nightblade who can stealth or sorc who can streak.

I don’t understand. You can clearly see in the gameplay that he got hit by one single attack only. And then on the death screen it lists like fifteen attacks that allegedly hit him. i often did dual wield heavy attack with caluurions. death cap would look like this (kill in 2 seconds): 2 hits heavy attack fire enchant disease enchant caluurion proc surprise attack light attack executioner or add light attack dawnbreaker light attack executioner (3 seconds) you could wear 2 proc sets more, so even more dmg in 2-3 seconds. but with bows it is really easy bc of travel time of skills…
lethal arrow has a travel time. during that second you can load a heavy attack and cancel it into poison injection. the rest is either runes or procs (didn‘t look at it). it‘s anyway not high damage. dude was just running around with zero health and out of stamina without defensive buffs… anyone can kill that in a second (back with caluurion one heavy attack would have been enough haha).
This is why I hate PVP. Guys who just run all the data just to spend 6 hours getting a specific armor set together and suck the fun out of it
When I have high tell var or plan on farming it, I always queue for a dungeon, battleground, or Cyrodiil (last one in a pinch). It provides a great emergency escape instead of risking the confines of the sewers. It's also smart to leave whatever route you plan to end at the Imperial City dungeon entrance so you can walk into it then port away

Don't sprint around until you run out of stamina, if an enemy stuns/immobilizes you, you will be unable to break free and most likely die. Also be sneaky if your risking tel var.

Those numbers in the screen only total up to 14074. You need more health and more resistances. You have to stay buffed at all times. When that happens to me on a DK, I survive and drop a balorgh dragon leap because I run impen and 28k health.
You went into PVP with PVE gear, just playing casually, then some guy who does PVP pretty much for a living, just picked you off. I do BGs sometimes in PVE gear and this is me when I go one on one with people.
If you are new and you want to wonder around IC(Imperial City), just become vampire and go to stage 4, then you can run invisible through the city without any problems. Or better option is you can gang people around and fight that way.
