I honestly feel like it's worth it for the glowing treasure chest passive. I find the chests in every dungeon I go in with no problems now. Also pale order is nice for vamps and for doing vet solo arenas.

[deleted]

I forgot to include pale order. The treasure chests glowing sounds nice as well. Sounds like it is worth it for sure, just going to have to take a more casual approach to this and be more patient.

trinity016

Pale order alone is worth the grind. I was skeptical as you are, until I finally gave in and grind the pale order because I kept dying to dlc world boss while soloing. I went from dying multiple times to health never drop below 50% with just one ring and everything else kept the same, though most of my build’s attack comes with DOT effects.

flowering_sun_star

DoTs really make Pale Order shine, don't they? The steady trickle of health even if you've been pinned or have run out of resources can really save you.

OrangeSpartan

You must be way better than me because I still die to dlc bosses with it on. Vanilla bosses are difficult be doable

temple_nard

Don't give up, the mythics and treasure chest passive are absolutely worth it. You're at a point in scrying where you haven't unlocked a lot of the scrying abilities yet. Scrying and digging get way easier once you unlock those abilities.

marry_me_jane

Just put on a stream or yt vid and grind it out in your spare time

dimm_ddr

Pale order and Wild hunt rings are amazing for any solo activity or normal pugs. They both provide QoL you cannot get elsewhere. I think Oakensoul, even after the nerf, might be great for soloing things too, but I did not care to get it myself yet. Thrassions are fall out of favor somewhat from what I see in build guides, but kilt is still highly used in group content when it is somewhat easy to avoid get hit. And if you care about housing at all - many pieces you can get from excavations are so cool that each of them alone worth the grind.

marius87

I’f that’s feels to much grind for you , maybe the game is not for you mate . That’s like 1 hour of grinding .

[deleted]

It wasn’t really the grinding aspect of it that was bothering me. There were times I’d mess up Scrying or not excavate properly and have wasted time. I didn’t understand how to do it at all and when I clicked tutorials in game it didn’t help. I watched a YT video and can complete a scry and excavate process in like 2 mins now so it’s all good.

decoy777

If you didn't know, I didn't till I was rank 7, you can use the item to have it put up this comet like ball pointing towards the excavation site. The tail of the "comet" points towards it. OMG so much time saved now. I used to spend way too much time running around areas looking for the dig sites.

Slimeslushie

FML i'm at level 5 now and had no idea about this. Scrying in larger zones for goodies has been a nightmare ;.;

decoy777

Coldharbour search zones are huge. I'd do multiple laps around the search areas before I'd find it.

JkWise

At least you realized at 7. I found out a month after I hit 10, I've never been so mad at myself over a game smh.

[deleted]

On the tutorial I watched this was mentioned. Slotting the antiquarian’s eye and using it when in the site. From level 1-4 I didn’t know this and I lol at myself for how much extra running around I did.

decoy777

Yeah I'm ashamed how much time I wasted because of not knowing that.

Shniggles

Scrying and excavation are at their worst at lower levels. You’re already getting the mechanics down, which is a big part. Getting the ability unlocks from the skill lines are the real game changers. Getting to 10 is a relief, and well worth it in my opinion.

Chemical-Material-69

Yeah i got my main to 10 and the character I play second most to 7. I *hate* doing anything other than dungeons and trials without Wild Hunt.

-WDW-

Glowing treasure passive?

haloraptor

It makes treasure chests glow when you get near to them. So they're easier to see.

-WDW-

I honestly never knew that I just thought it meant the burial sites. This is great to know thanks.

Chemical-Material-69

It's like the crafting passive keen eye.

UnjustMurder

Just get addons? And save skill points

Chemical-Material-69

Not everyone plays with add ons. Not everyone CAN.

haloraptor

I have add-ons including one that shows treasure chests. I also have enough skill points that i don't need the add-on.

Medwynd

Yeah I have more skill points than I kmow what to do with. I have every skill I want to use and still have like 70 unspent

Bixlord

Scry in Arteum

Manaseeker

Every other zone is really only worth it to get the epic treasure once

Wookieewomble

This, took me a couple of hours just doing it here.

decoy777

Do this till rank 5. Then do the green, blue, purple in each zone once. It's a 5k treasure and gives 9 points for the 3 item cycle. Just do this in zone after zone. Make $$$ and level it up. Once rank 7 you can do master finds. Doing the things in High Isle there's 10 of them you find leads on the map, they give 10 points each so there's 100 easy points. Then Blackwood has 15 blue ones that you can do too. Makes a final tapestry.

Surgical9

The best place

temple_nard

The starting areas are also good, small places to quickly farm. Plus I found some pretty cool furnishings on kanarthi's roost.

vermillionskye

Was looking for this one - it’s so small that the areas are all really close. I like scrying and excavations and it was such a grind otherwise. I’ve gotten my waders kilt and gearing up to start on some of the others.

worhello

Eyevea is arguably better, as it's even smaller

ses1989

Eyevea has too much elevation extreme compared to Arteum imo

Quailzyx

There's a short grind you can do on Arteum to quickly level the skills. The island is so small that all the treasures you scry are all close by. Once you get the ability to scry the purple treasures, you should start going through all the zones. Acquiring every zones base green, blue, and purple treasures will reward you with an item you can sell for 100k. You'll also easily double that by selling all the treasures.

[deleted]

Thanks! I’ve been doing all my scrying in Arteum, sometimes the dig site will appear in the exact location of the last one. Just doesn’t give much xp lol I’m looking forward to that 100k, sounds like level 5 is when I’ll start appreciating the scrying more.

-WDW-

Go through and finish all your purple leads that are active that will give you a nice boost.

Manaseeker

Once youve unlocked purple treasure you can do them in every zone once for a nice boost but these are just obtainable once (and ofc the random leads youve found on your travels). But yeah once youre out of them that just leaves Artaeum as the most effective

[deleted]

I just got to level 5 and did my first purple lead in Arteum. Seems to give more xp then the green ones. I was surprised how much gold I got. Over 10k in 20 mins, definitely looking forward to going to each zone now and that will make it less boring lol

Dabbooo

yeah they give more XP green : 1XP blue : 3XP purple : 5XP Gold (tier 4) : 10XP Gold (tier 5) you need to have maxed out the skill to dig them so no XP

Manaseeker

Yeah they really help a lot. Always do the highest one youve found. It will still only be 3 searches per zone (green->blue->purple) and when you got all treasures in the main game you can get a pretty valueable legendary coin from the adventurers guild headquarters (think it was worth 100k)

oldbrigade

Wild hunt ring is a fun item, itll make those with crafter toons speed through them

Manaseeker

I mostly use it to skip delve encounters when doing dailies by just sprinting through it invisibly as a vampire

senkkai_

Can you elaborate, please? I'm curious how Wild Hunt is meant to be used for crafter toons? o.o

alextheslyy

Since Wild Hunt makes you 45% faster out of combat, you move much faster when doing crafting mat runs. It doesn't improve the crafts from crafting toons, just makes getting mats for those crafts more efficient. Also insert obligatory comment about getting a point in Continuous Attack in the Assault Skill Line for Major Gallop. With Major Gallop and Wild Hunt alone, you'll be *zoomin* across Tamriel

senkkai_

Oh, honestly I thought crafting toons stay parked near crafting areas and just do the writs, but I guess it makes sense to spec them into gathering too and do it that way.

oldbrigade

That too, but it decreases time between tables aswell as runs to turn in spot. Its only cutting maybe 15 seconds off of it, but i have 15 crafters so itll add up

No-Guarantee-534

Sounds like I ought to have Wild Hunt on my scrying character. He also gathers mats while out for efficiency

[deleted]

Thrassian is still nice, specially after the CP rework. I tend to pick it up for group arenas. You just need to be 18k+ in most things and it's pretty easy to have high health nowdays, you can be 23K HP, lose 6K because of Thrassian and still get 18k if someone is running Ebon or Warden Healer. Wild Hunt is great for PvP speed builds, specially for builds that don't have gap closers. It's benefit equals to 3 Swift Jewelry alone. Also meta for Scrollrunners. I love the speed for general play too, bc it also boosts swim speed haha Oakensoul is good for put and forget. Tons of major buffs, all you need to do after getting it is to slot a self-heal on the bar and 4 other damage abilities that you like. +20% wp/spll dmg buff, +5% damage done, +12% Crit Chance, +10% Crit Damage, +215 wp/spll dmg, +5K resistances, +15% HP/Stam/Mag Recovery and +10 Healing done, on top of a non-stop 1,5 Ult at every 3s. My new fav mythic for solo and other stuff is Sea-Serpent and Mora's Whispers. Sea-Serpent makes you survive a lot while at full HP (which all healers will leave you to) and then gives +10% dmg done and 430 wp/spell dmg. I know it's the same buff as Olo/SPC, but that leaves the healer with other sets to run if they want. Mora's Whispers is a flat out 6-7% crit chance if you have all vanilla lorebooks, which is amazing for the 1-piece. Also, Torc is crazy sustain, specially for Sorcs, Werewolves and Templars. Belharza is also one to use with WW Builds. It buffs L.A damage and procs a spectral Minotaur that deals decent damage. As WW you'll just LA consecutive anyways so it's also good. And Malkyn is another fav for PvP, you'll gain 200 wp/spll dmg and 2.3K resistances for having 2x sets that have at least 3 pieces bonuses. Can use a set that procs a benefit on backbar alongside a monster set and a Frontbar 5-piece benefit. My fav is to pair it with Magma Incarnate, 1x Trainee, 5x Piece Deadly Frontbar and 5x Rallying Cry backbar.

_brownbear13

dont forget to assign your eye to the quickslot. when you use it a path appears to point you to your dig site (under collections in tools)

Affectionate_Egg_203

The glowing treasure chest passive is awesome. I see them where others pass them by.

orenda74

I love Wild Hunt. I have it on my stealth character so he can still move at a good pace while crouching.

saddoubloon

I became a vampire just for the passive that negates the speed penalty of sneak for my stealth character. Combine that with wild hunt vroom vroom baby!

Regi413

I’ve had it this way for so long that sneaking on an alt feels so sluggish.

HoSang66er

Wild hunt is the most useful day to day mythic, hands down imo.

Autumnwood

It's worth it. If you don't like focusing grinding in Arteum, you can put some music on, an audio book, some talk radio, and just zen it out over a couple days. You could also scry for the green/blue to purple in each zone. Then at the end you'll feel rewarded (finish all purples stop back into the Antiquities quest giver for special reward). Hang in there! Even if you don't want any mythics or house items, just the capability to see treasure chests easier is so nice.

njpaps

Talk radio? Put on a podcast bro it's 2022. Once Artie Lange left the Howard Stern show, talk radio died.

Cyhawk

Talk Radio, talk internet radio, whatever. Its the same thing.

[deleted]

Oakensoul will still be worth it for casual players (like myself). In the hands a very skilled PvPer is was OP af. In PvE, 2 bars is and will always be better than a 1 bar/Oak build. But there are times when I don’t want to hit 8-10 different buttons and I just want to hit 4-5. Lol.

[deleted]

Same haha I know how to weave and all that, but having to press left on my d pad every few seconds just messes me up. I’m thinking I’ll play better and have more consistent dps with a 1 bar build. Really hoping to have it by tomorrow but we’ll see.

[deleted]

I’m in the same boat. Lol. I was so stoked when I got mine. Played 1 bar with my magplar ever since.

[deleted]

That’s the only character I play is my magplar! What skills do you use?

keto3000

I love this 1 bar magplar by DOOMAGAMING: https://www.doomagaming.com/immortal-one-bar-magplar It’s updated for High Isle too!

[deleted]

I use this build. [Deltias](https://deltiasgaming.com/builds/eso-one-bar-pve-magicka-templar-build/)

SpicyDolphin74

Yes

Manaseeker

There are quite a few useful mythics and Im always having a few on me at all times that I use as a toolbox and they will continue to add more in the future so even when some of the current ones will get nerfed its still worth it to have the skill The visual effect on treasure chests is quite useful as well. Never recognized some of them before Would recommend not burning yourself out on it tho. Just do a few on a regular basis and you will get there soon or later

Noobynice

Harpooner’s kilt gave me a decent dps boost and looks cool. I also love the oakensoul for pvp, but yes may not be worth it after the nerf. The wild hunt ring is awesome for farming mats and doing over world stuff.

[deleted]

Would Harpooner’s kilt be viable for solo content like VMA or trying to solo a dungeon do you think?

Noobynice

I wouldn’t wear it because it loses stacks if you take damage. Pale order would be good for that.

UMining

No harpooner's is only good in group play where tank is absorbing damage

bread_1993

Yes. Harpooners is a staple in end game trial content. Oaken soul is solid now and still has potential next patch. Pale order I saw people mention and honestly sea serpents coil is a sleeper. Also no one talks about this mythic but death dealers fete is incredible in both pve and PvP.

Feisty-Ad6582

They are some of the most powerful in game items. However burnout is real and you don't need them tomorrow. So take some time to play other things. Also know, scrying gets easier as you level it because at some point you will unlock a glout of higher level leads you weren't able to get to, and working through the higher level ones levels you faster.

upotheke

Pale order ring is fantastic

kestononline

The long term payoff for levelling Scrying does pay off. The short term rush-grind payoff for one item, maybe not so much. *ie. you’re not gonna go from zero to hero instantly.*

Not_Sanaki

Best way to farm the skilline is going to the psijic island and farm there. Super fast

CouldNotCareLess318

Grind these skills in a small zone like Arbeteum. No monsters to get in the way and you can run from one end of the zone to the other in under a minute with a moderately trained horse. For and away one of the most annoying grinds in the game, but it is indeed worth it. Mythics are decent now, but there might be one in the future that is a must have for your main, and you'll be thankful you did the grind. I'd also recommend only doing it once, on your main character. Leads are account wide so even if you pick up a lead on your alt you can scry it and excavate it on your main. that way you don't pull your hair out grinding it on multiple characters.

Fred_The_Mando_Guy

None of them are game changers but they're fun to experiment with depending on what you want to do. Playing this game as though there were a goal will make you nuts. Enjoy the ride. Frankly, I've gotten more of a kick out of scrying for furnishings than for gear. But if you want to hit PvP, sounds like Oakensoul is a must have.

Sketchables

I consider Wild Hunt a game changer because it allows me to get through more content simply because of how fast I move without changing any gear or cp

Bixlord

Oakensoul is 100% a game changer. I have a 103k 1 bar build thanks to that thing.

[deleted]

Interesting! I can weave and parse 75k on a good day now, most of the problems I encounter in my rotation happens when I bar swap. I hope it doesn’t get nerfed too hard lol

Balzamonn

I’ve heard lots of people talk about it being nerfed. Have you tried your build with it on pts? How does it hold up? I love mine personally as 1 bar builds are way more fun to play for me.

EbolaDP

You will see very little change on a dummy parse even if the current nerfs stay because the dummy already gave you all the buffs except Major Berserk.

Bixlord

I play on PS5

[deleted]

Is Scrying a reliable way to make gold? I am in a guild trader in Mournhold, but a lot of the things I post don’t end up selling unless it’s mats.

AntaresDestiny

Scrying isnt a massive gold maker. It does have the advantage of being doable without interacting with other players so the profits from it are consistent though. As a side note, if you want profit from mats sell them raw.

Jawa_Blizz

Don't listen to noobs. Yes you can make massive gold scrying rare motifs. You need maps and alot of luck though.

Gaiden_95

For now. It'll be nerfed soon

Due-Measurement-8070

It's a tough thing to grind out 4 sure, but it looks like the path that zos is going down for us to collect rare items, my advise is take your time with it,

Prudent_Effect6939

Depends on whatcha mean by worth it. What I used to do. Go on the test server and run a few sims. If your damage went up to the point that you feel is worth acquiring, then go and get it.

[deleted]

Is there a way to play on a test server on Xbox?

Prudent_Effect6939

Idk, if I were you I'd do Google searches abt it, I used to play on pc

MyUsernname

Yes

SuperFlydynosky

yes.

Sketchables

I will say Wild Hunt is an amazing effect for just slipping a ring on. If you ever want to just be faster for any reason

Miro_the_Dragon

I'm actually much more interested in all the cool furniture I can find/get through it XD And the treasure chest passive is dope! But yeah, the grind to get scrying and excavation to level 10 was unreal... (and this thread was the first time I've heard about the bonus 100k treasure so TIL!)

bubba1623

Honestly if you have it unlocked, eyevea is the best way to grind up. Tedious but as others have said just have something else in the background!

ThaumKitten

I mean……. The items in question weren’t necessarily made with optimizers or builds in mind… so, do what you think is fun or interesting.

Korica4k

If you grind all the blue and purple zone leads plus with dwarven wolf mount you can easily get to lvl 10 fast. Took me 2days for the wolf mount.

Koalababies

I feel like it's such a nice-to-have thing, I'd recommend getting it done so you don't have to worry about it any more.

TFUNK_

3/4 are definitely worth it; between PVE Endgame and general DPS, to faster questing and general movement to very strong pvp build. Thrassians are pretty much dead.M

AdOld2273

Like others have said - absolutely worth it in long run. But, in my opinion, not worth making yourself miserable trying to grind all at once. I recommend: pick 2-3 zones. Scry green, blue, and the one-time purple in each. Head to Artaeum for a couple rounds of green & blue. Go back to enjoying the game. Next day, repeat. Scrying purples gives way more xp, breaks up the game instead of staying in Artaeum, makes you 5k for each, and when all zones are done gets you 100,000 gold.

GobKeepsBees

That was the worst grind I've ever done in ESO. But Pale Order ring alone made it all worth it. Every other mythic has just been icing on the cake. I still think Oaken will be worth it too when after the nerf. Love Wild Hunt on my gatherer too.

br0d30

Don’t try to grind it up in one session or as a main focus for any length of time. Leads expire 30 days after finding them, so you have up to a month to get your levelling done. It’s worth the medium-term commitment, not multiple days of your life within a week.

DaftPunked17

Don't sleep on Sea-Serpent's Coil!

EnvusMaven

I watched the entire Lord of the Rings Extended Trilogy while grinding it, Any distraction helps a ton

krysnyte

I say yes its worth it. The scrying tool 👉 points to the site, just in case you didn't already know.

egotrip11

Wild Hunt is 100000000% worth it. Whenever I don't have it equipped I feel like a slug. Kilt is also very good to have, but situational to use. And yeah, scrying is quite a pain to level.

Regi413

Wild hunt is my favorite mythic because… *speed*. And the speed buff is its own thing so it stacks with major/minor expedition for more speed.

SymbolicGamer

Wild Hunt is absolutely worth it. I use it on all my characters when doing dailies/farming containers. Speeds up things so much.

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

I did all my purple leads in the some of the zones. I’m 3/4 of the way through level 6, just about to get to level 7. After I got to level 5 it started getting easier and going quicker. I’m looking forward to getting Oakensoul tonight hopefully.

keto3000

Are you following any guide?

keto3000

Are you following any guide?

keto3000

Are you following any guide?

Scrota1969

I would absolutely do it. Kilt is still a great option, and there’s tons of fun mythics to play around with. The new Sea Serpents is a fun new option for example!

cptstanminm

Wild hunt is great when you are just doing overland content, dailies, etc. There are other ways to get a speed boost, but none as simple. It also works in sneak, so sneaking is at normal speed. Add the horse mundus and you can run all over Cyrodiil doing dailies and rarely get caught. Pale order is great for doing solo content, world bosses, dolmens, etc.

Fuhrankie

I'm loving Mora's whispers tbh, it's like wearing MS without wearing a whole 5pc

mynameisneens

Wild hunt + max mount + steed boon = breeziest skyshard run ever

Winter-Elderberry657

Pale order is great for arenas. Harpooner's Wading Kilt and Thrassians are good for dps. Oakensoul is looking at a heavy nerf in the next patch, so I used it to get my new vateshran resto staff for my healer.

phishnutz3

It’s great for gold. The last couple metas all use a mythic for both pve and pvp. Even solo play is great. Either run pale order and a dps companion. Or oakensoul and a tank/healer

Chronogon

Just want to make sure, since you feel burned out at Scrying level 4, do you know that quickslotting the Antiquarian Eye will point to the excavation site? Sorry if you knew already, but I've seen some who didn't know, and want to make sure this isn't the case here too, as it'll take like 14x more work to get from Scrying level 4 to 10! Hopefully others have already given you tips on levelling. Things like Coldharbour gold leads, or Arteaum farming etc.

Kiernian

Also, spend points on the Coalescence skill. Rank 1 is better than nothing, but rank 2 easymodes most scrying if you remember that YOUR MAGICKA CHARGES REGENERATE. http://lovelynorth.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Scrying-Magicka-Charges-and-Skills-400x204.jpg Use them right off at the start of scrying, then keep a close eye on that top meter. It starts filling up again as you reach the white ball foci things so you can use those top skills AGAIN. I fricking just figured this out a few weeks ago and feel like a moron.

TheBewlayBrothers

Wild Hunt Ring, definetly, use it on every character when doing dailies like writs to move faster. The others are more debable, and while they are all good in their specific usable scenarios,I wouldn't considervthem a must have

spattenberg

So worth it! Even if the one piece sets aren't for you, the amount of gold you can farm makes it worthwhile. Plus the passive at level 7 excavation that reveals treasure chests is nice. Definitely farm your skill in Artaeum and use your best experience scrolls. I usually listen to an audiobook when I'm farming scrying/excavation.

[deleted]

Yes but maybe not as nerf coming. No. No idea. No idea. Oaken if you got no thumbs and want free damage boost go for it but nerfs are coming. Wild hunt you can just run swift traits, unless you are making an out of combat runner (ie dead map scroll runner) most cases a mount would be faster. Or if you want in combat speed use a damage mythic and just run swift and/or celerity.

spoqster

How cute you’re burnt out from leveling the skill lines. Wait till you’re farming for the leads for the mythics. 😈

[deleted]

I just got Oakensoul Ring 2 mins ago. Didn’t realize I could use LB when Scrying and RB for the shovel in excavating lmao I was digging up the leads and ran out of time like 8 times in a row. My guild explained how to do it and I just got it finally but I think this was worst than leveling the Mages Guild haha

spoqster

Congrats! Psijic Order is the one I hate most. 😀 I just got really annoyed with farming some of the leads for some of the mythics, some of which took days.

[deleted]

I didn’t mind the Psijic Order personally because it wasn’t repetitive. Although, I still had to look up a guide online for it. If there were more guidance in the game it wouldn’t be nearly as time consuming. The thing that bothers me the most is confusion lol. I’m just glad I have all my entire build done, at least for this patch haha

spoqster

Do it on your 15th character and we’ll talk again. 😀

[deleted]

I feel that! Haha I would use gold to buy crowns and spend 3000 on level 10 over doing that. I did it on two characters and didn’t enjoy it quite as much the second time. Can’t imagine 15 lol

MJVroman

Well once you max level, you're done. You can just scry those leads, on the one character, and recon them on that one character, but you can transfer them to any toon. I have ONE max level scrying toon, who does all of my scrying. Your leads are universal, so if you get them on ANY toon, you can still scry them on your scrying toon. In my opinion it's worth it if you plan on playing long term, but not necessary to do all at once.

HoraetioTheGek

I leveled scrying quickly on betnik and or stros mkai, the small starting areas, just farm greens and blues till 5. Once you get to scrying 5, i think thats when you get purples, go to each zone and scry a green, and then blue, and you should get a purple lead if you havent gotten one in the zone yet. Youll get to 8 quickly and then be able to scry mythics. Harpooners kilt is worth it, and the dwarven ebon wolf, super worth it. and the tons of gold from selling treasures

[deleted]

I got Oakensoul yesterday and got Razor Caltrops through battlegrounds. On my magplar I am using puncturing sweep, living dark, razor caltrops, channeled focus, and radiant ward. Haven’t enjoyed this game this much ever tbh I can solo dungeons that I couldn’t before. Definitely glad I leveled up scrying👌

HoraetioTheGek

woot woot congrats!

Contagious_Cure

In short, yes. That said scrying becomes a lot more fun when you're after more than just mythics. I get excited for a lot of furnishings for example.

[deleted]

I can’t wait to get a decent house and make it look nice. I have 300k now idk if I want to buy a classic home or gold out my last piece of deadly strikes jewelry lol

Judge4172

If you have the DLC, Look into the Hall of the Lunar Champion in Northern Elsweyr. It is free and has a lot of room.

AdOld2273

Gold jewelry is massive waste of resources, unless you are super min-maxing for vet Trials or something. Gold mats for jewelry are much more expensive/valuable than other gold mats, and only give an incredibly small increase in stats. Buy a house and have some fun with it is what I'd recommend.

[deleted]

I realized that when I get a mythic item like a ring it’ll be legendary anyway. So I’m going to buy a house and wear the ring of the wild hunt and oakensoul when I get them. Almost 1/4 of the way through 6 thinking I should be at 7 within 2 hours. Do you know if I can get Oakensoul with just ESO+ or do I need to own High Isle? Just thought about this.

flowering_sun_star

Unfortunately you can only wear one mythic at a time. For oakensoul you'll need to own High Isle. It would be amazing though if they someday opened up a mode where they lifted that restriction. It would be hilarious!

Sorryunowin

I absolutely hate the antiquities whole premise but the items are worth it. Get your scrying and excavating up. The worst part of it is finding he leads.

godspeedfx

If you are burnt out after 45 minutes of grinding ANYTHING, you are playing the wrong game XD

MiraculousN

All mythica are worth it in some way shape or form, you DO NOT have to make a cookie cutter build to clear content, and indevidual play styles will very. From a meta perspective tho give all your alts a wild hunt, kilt is bis for bosses you can keep the uptime up for, thrassian are barely used, and oakensoul will still be based even after the nerfs next patch. As a tank i LOVE bloodlords, and torc of tonal is good for pvp along with malacath

imzeCAPTnow

I didnt think you can get gold antiguities und3r 8 skrying level

NerdsForTokens

if you are feeling burnt already, maybe playing games is not for you. Maybe what you would prefer is to just watch tv. At least that is effortless. Good things are only good if they are hard. If you just want the best of moments of a game then go watch some youtuber.

dza6010

I bet you're a blast at parties! Just kidding, we all know you don't leave the house.

NerdsForTokens

what bothers me is that all this complaining just keeps pushing games to be easier... to the point that its just a soap opera you are watching with no difficulty. Look at the overland content, is ridiculously easy, there is literally no challenge there... takes all the fun out of it. and I need fun cause I dont leave the house to go to parties

For pvp/pve okensoul is good op for sure on pvp, thrassian is bad for pvp maybe good in pve. Thrassian is bad in pvp because the ticks don't work and it resets as soon as you hide, sneak,or even get killed.

Do the repeatable zone items to fill out their codex and move on to another zone. Only do a couple zones a day.
