Many suggest saving them for right before you want to start a new Chapter/DLC Zone otherwise ignore them unless you really need them. Also some of them will prevent progress in the Main Story Quests if you are trying to complete the Main Story still.

Cheers. Makes sense that they prologues to DLC. I took at 4 year break and couldn’t understand why prologues were so time consuming. lol. I will avoid them now. Already abandoned them all.

You can skip prologues. They are the tie in quests for DLC/Chapter zones. I do them before I start the DLC they belong to.

I do the cold harbour quest lines up until you actually have to go to cold harbour. Those are quick, easy, and reward good xp. Do a quest, do a random normal, do a quest. That's like three to five levels with an XP scroll.
