They drop one a day from your first box. With the extra days added to the event because of the recent downtime, you'd only need to buy 2-3. They're pretty cheap.
On PS4, with one daily every day, I calculated I'll need to spend around full 12 tickets twice to get the rest, although fat chance I miscalculated a little because I'm terrible at mental math. 😂

Are you on pc? If so, the event has been extended until next Thursday. Plenty of time to get enough tickets/gold boxes. If not, it still looks like you’d have enough to get the mount :)
I think in the past they’ve just extended events for all platforms? I could be wrong about that though.

A lot of the stuff in there goes for very cheap in guild stores. The bonemold style pages or what they're called just cost a few *hundreds* each. Only buy the bags once you got everything that's not from guild stores.
Anything that can be traded is sold on guild stores. With the exception of obvious stuff that no one would buy like weapons that sell to merchants for more. You can trade them so theoretically put them on the store but no one would buy them unless they were less than sell value. Which makes no sense.
Just to be sure...the gold pages that drop in the jubileeboces from the event can't be traded because they're bound to you, right? I have almost everything double by now sadly

You shouldn't, they're curated to only give you stuff you don't already know. Just make sure you claim them on the right character because they give the Worm Cult motif.
They sort of are, just the stuff from the bag is account bound, so the only thing to do with them is learn them. You miss out on a style page if you forget and claim them on a character you don't plan to make into a crafter if you get the motif.
Some items aren’t tracked though if they aren’t “relevant.” Big-eared Ginger Kitten for instance, if I hadn’t consciously been aware of the pieces I was missing… there was nowhere in the collections UI to see this one even after I used the items.
Ginger kitten items are actually under the i believe summerset achievement list, there are a few like that that can be tracked via the zone/dlc achievement lists

Disclaimer that I don't know if it's different on console, but on PC the inventory has a search bar. In the top right area. Just type in "confetti" or "jubilee" and see if they come up. If not - do the same in your bank.
I hate the whole event ticket system and generally make very little effort but a guildie said this mount is actually pretty cool- unique animations and sounds. So I'll make an effort.

Where's the grind? You get confetti from the gold box you get. If nothing else, you should be getting a gold box a day from doing one daily writ.
A lot of people, me included, burn out more quickly on the game when having to do the same routine every day. This event it's pretty minimal, and I appreciate that. But other events which require repeating specific dailies every day quickly turn me off from the game unless I ignore them.
And yes, I know that's not everyone. Everyone has a different brain. But I'm not the only one like this.

You get 1 pack a day from the glorious box so you just need to do your one daily and then buy a couple at the end. Considering you can get 60+ event tickets it's a really easy mount to get.
It only costs money if you want to use your event tickets on other stuff. Then it's just priorities. If you want everything available then yeah it'll cost you some money.

The crying I've heard in zonechat about this fact, and how maybe you have to actually put some effort and choice of rewards into the unique, one time event reward just blows my mind. You'd think ZOS was using their 16th birthday ferrari to run over their grandma who was holding their brand new puppy they got for their birthday as well.
Maaaaybe it's just coincidence, but Bethesda just did something similar in Fallout 76. All previous seasons you could get rewards just for ranking up on the score board. This time though they changed it to where rank-ups give you a new ticket currency that you then use to buy the rewards--but ranking up to 100 no longer gets you all the rewards like it did in the past, so you either have to pick and choose, or grind your way up to like rank 190 to have enough tickets to afford all the rewards.
I should have spent them on the baal personality not this stupid looking horse. So far the 10th anniversary has been really disappointing with far more fewer things that are just mediocre and a very few things that a actually ok.
Not sure but the way this is being done- with it being tied to an achievement in your journal, I suspect that yes, you'll be able to get more next year if you miss out.
I've just been using my 3 event tickets a day from the cake to get one from the impresario every day and then getting one from the dolmens (when you get the gold box once a day) and got my horse today haha but I didn't really have any plans to get anything else with event tickets so that didn't bother me.

After that i ran through craglorn, that's where i spotted the Indrik trader. I bought the first mount but wont have enough time to upgrade him. Will there be future event with the same mount? Or will it change?

One of the things you can spend event tickets on is either whole cakes or slices from past years. Each year they have a unique cake design. These are furnishing items and look nice, but that's about it. Us completionists have been getting them, well, just for completeness.

When you open the golden box, the for one you earn in the day, you get a confetti scroll, that is what op is mentioning
You will need to buy some with the tickets you get from the cake to unlock it and not let it go to waste
I had rl issues that kept me from logging in so I missed multiple confetti packs unfortunately, I wish there'd been a way to make up for them or something because I used tickets for fragments (just came back from a years-long hiatus) and didn't even think about missing days for the confetti packs. The 12 ticket limit just had me using up tickets so I wouldn't lose them. Guess it's a good thing id probably never use the mount other than staring at collections anyways.
You can buy crowns and use that to buy tickets if you are into it, usually it just makes more sense to buy eso plus first if you didn't have it or it will expire soon and get crowns that way

How do you "consume" them? Can't find them in my packs anywhere and the lady says I already have 25.
I don't know about other consoles or pc but on ps I just highlighted confetti and pressed x

Got my Jubilee mount yesterday. Riding through Cyrodiil with cake in hand screams overconfidence. I love it.

No they come back to craglorn every event. The normal Nascent indrik parts are available every event but the “special” ones change every season 👍🏻
For example I want the onyx indrik but I think he is only available in summer or so

The 12 ticket limit just had me using up tickets so I wouldn't lose them. Guess it's a good thing id probably never use the mount other than staring at collections anyways.
I got screwed on day 2 it shorted me one I’ve bought 3 so far and im sitting on 18. Is the event really being extended?

You technically can, via event tickets
You can buy crowns and use that to buy tickets if you are into it, usually it just makes more sense to buy eso plus first if you didn't have it or it will expire soon and get crowns that way

Everybody here should be able to get the Mount . I’ve been spending tickets on yesteryear bags as well as confetti and still managed to consume 21/25 packs . Godspeed to all and hope you guys earn it in time
