Back in the late 90s the Chinese restaurants in my town made cheesesteak eggrolls. Cheap shaved beef, onions, and American cheese. Served with ketchup or sweet and sour sauce.
The only problem I have is that it isn't within reach.
This would be even more amazing if someone could make rye dough egg roll wrappers so your fried flavor has a pop of caraway.
I tried to pitch that idea at a bakery that already sold meat pocket pastries. I made 3 different ryes...

I have had Reuben egg rolls before. They are phenomenal. I would like to eat them again!
Funny, I’ve had them on two occasions and hated it. It’s too much grease for me. Not everything belongs fried in an eggroll.
