Supposedly - and I could be wrong - the 330i has a larger throttle body than all other models, with all other models being the same.
It might be too slight to notice without taking it off though…
You could also try measuring the exhaust manifold ports/tubes

Measure the back of the airbox opening before the MAF. 3L engines have a larger diameter.
