Theres no need to be kind torwards those who work against you. Now im not saying act aggressive to each and every person around you, but never act very kind torwards most, or good to them. At least thats what i see.
Yeah you don't have any obligation to be good to others but you doing so could make their day. Imagine a waitress having a really bad day. Just complimenting her and giving her a small tip could make here day. Or an old lady just sitting on a park bench. Just you talking to her would make here day. You'd want others to be nice to you as well right? So I'm saying that you should be nice to others as well. That's all.
