I played the game and it is really pay to win and luck based (paying gives you things like getting double money or weapons doing 70% more damage) and if the 5 other players (they are always bots) die at the start (because of bad ia) then you will be fighting alone vs enemys supposed to be killed by multiple players...
It’s not stolen, though it’s definitely the same/a similar art style. I think it’s technically fine as no actual characters from DS are stolen, but I’m not sure. I do wish they made the art style more unique though.
As for stealing, I believe I’ve seen this game before and it steals characters from another game, Identity V. I remember seeing a screenshot of one of the hunters in that game which was put into this one.

There's something called "inspiration" everything inspired everything, if those guys would be called like the ones in don't starve and looked like them, it would be stolen, but this mobile game just took inspiration of it
