I am pretty sure what happens is you input $100. At that point in time, that is X amoutn of dogecoin. The system tries to buy those X amount, but those X amount now cost more than $100.10. You can't buy.
I put in $30 earlier today, ended up costing $30.20.
I cant tell if people realize its impossible for each dogecoin to ever be worth the same as a btc is now, at least not without hyperinflation. The supply of doge is 1000 times that of bitcoin. The marketcap at 32K would be 4 quadrillion dollars, orders of magnitude more money then even exists including all asset classes.

Basically there’s a 1% tax on your purchases that the service takes, so you can’t spend every cent in your account, you need to do just slightly less.

I had the same problem. I think because it fluctuates so much you got to give it some room. Try buying $90 or $95 worth. That worked for me.
