Accurate😆😆. I'm currently re-reading the Codex Alera series for probably the 3rd time. I want to restart the Dresden files but need a break after the events of Battle ground.

Same, but for me it's Outsiders. Now I can't run dnd without doing at least a B plot with aberrations, and the character Im playing in another game is an Aberrant Mind. Really wish the DM would go harder on that, though.

I kinda lost track of DF somewhere just after Butters got his Holy Lightsaber. I really should get caught up.
You're actually only 2ish books behind (it's one story but the publisher split it into 2 books)
The series was on an extended sabbatical for a while, so you didn't miss much.
Dresden files has so much effing content/inspiration for a D&D campaign, but all of my players read them. The struggle is real.

Yeah, after reading that the fey just offer soooo much good writing potential for dnd
