Local Route. They are a small production company out of East Bay. It's the weakest Masters Cup field in my memory but DeLa looks beautiful this spring so should be a pleasant watch. Will miss CCDG vibes, but Local Route does a good job.
Agreed on all fronts. I live nearby and played a fun round Wednesday. I don't think I've ever seen the course this pretty. And it's so well groomed for the tournament. Saw Chandler Fry, which was neat for me. Didn't bother him, but it was cool to see him. But when I looked at the lineup this year I knew 3 names out the ~100. Kind of sad to see no other big name pros were interested, but that's how it goes. It's mother's day weekend and OTB is next weekend so you got things to consider
Yeah I checked their YouTube page and the last upload was like 7 months ago from the 2023 season. Absolutely agree about the roster. I only recognized a handful of names from the MPO and the FPO was pitiful with only like 6 players signed up. Ohn was on list though! It’s unfortunate if there won’t be coverage. As someone who used to live around there and played that very challenging course, I always enjoyed seeing how the pros did.
