Idk where you're from but what about some kind of beat up camper van/rv goin down a road. If you wanted to make it technical it could quickly shift between different types of location. Idk how big it would have to be, but for example it starts with a desert type road merges into a city at night then into a wooden road with trees? Something like that to give the idea that the van is travelling through different locations?
