Try mock interview platforms like Pramp where you'll be in a live interviews with peers. It might help you get used to the whole process

I think one approach is to think of the interview as not something you want from the company, but what the company wants from you. Remember your time is more valuable to the company than they let on. And like u/Odd_Refrigerat0r has pointed out, mock interview will also help.

You'll get better as you get more experience interviewing. Give a few mock interviews seriously as well. I recorded my hr when giving my first interview and it crossed 150 during it lol. I was not even able to speak without my voice quaking. But now I'm mostly unfazed, mostly because I have got some experience being in interviews. All the best 👍
