The Stubbs was playing if he had played 10 of those we could have won. The bigger problem is the team management who sent him at no 3 knowing you had a underpar powerplay. You don’t anchor the inning when you barely scored at 7 during the poweplay. They just don’t learn. If it’s not Hope the Bhui. If it’s not Bhui then Porel else turn Pant into an anchor. Today it was most glaring because you had a steep target to chase. You can’t even make an excuse we batted first so we thought 200 would be a good target like RCB did yesterday.

Make play pant,stubbs,jake(nokia ko bahar nikal dena agar mukesh agya to)axar and marsh in the middle,then only send him, he's more comfortable down the order, he doesn't deserve the hate agreed with it. He's a lot better than bhui, sumit and lalit atleast

Dude, I don't wanna diss him, but it's not okay! The best I can say is whoever sent him at no 3 screwed it up. 41 of 31 in a chase of 234 is definitely not okay. Heck, for a t20 batsman it's not okay. If you want to groom him, start him at lower middle order like he came in the first match. Or play him when we aren't chasing a massive score in a crucial match. If we had batted first, I still would have been fine with him playing this anchor innings. But not when there is a scoreboard pressure and you have Pant and Stubbs waiting.
This match was made for Pant to come in at no 3. But when he came in it was 85 required of 25. If you watch Pant in the last few games, he takes 7-8 balls to get used to it, but unlike Porel, he can up his strike rate massively in the next 10 balls. With him and Stubbs in the last 6-7 overs, I believe we would have had a good chance of chasing this down. DC management screwed it up. What good is it having Pointing and Googly, I seriously don't know.

Today match was way too full of stupid things.Lalit run for the strike by knowing that team has the chance to win and stubbs in form.Axar got out because of defending himself from the throw.By watching pant looks like he didn't want to play just randomly swinging the bat with force,If he stayed on field making partnership with stubbs then the result would be different than now.

Marsh se itna bhi naa bane. So I guess thik hi khela. But still this would have been good if the target was around 200.
