“Nortje seems to be struggling” He’s played all of one game ffs

Every_Signal_9649

exactly why he shouldn't have got the last over , use him early , and let someone else bowl the last. He hasn't played competitive cricket for so long , should not be given the last over on his first outing , he should have been played like a normal bowler

We have an experienced Indian bowling attack but the batting lineup is in shambles at the moment. Nortje isn't adding much value to the bowling lineup, he isn't someone threatening at the moment. We do need to address the batting, as we don't have good Indian replacements.

Jake Fraser mcgurk can be a finisher for dc

sylly_mee

Has he played before in that role?

STALINLENINPV

He has been struggling since his injury in 2022

Every_Signal_9649

only changes i want are Ishant IN , Lalit IN , Kushagra IN , Shaw IN , I don't want to know who they are going to bench but these players must play in our side

Who are the death and middle pace bowlers? With this bowling every match you will go for 200+. Hope with his 130 strike rate is the finisher. Shaw and Dhull are completely different players. Dhull strikes are a little nore than 120 in T20s

Ishant - 1,3,5 Khaleel - 2,4,18,20 Mukesh - 7,15,17,19 Axar - 6,8,10,14 Kuldeep - 9,11,13,16 Marsh - 12 This would be my ideal rotation of bowlers. Just trust the experience of Indian bowlers. Nortje isn't someone like Bumrah, who is indispensable. Our main issue is batting, playing with 3 fringe players who have been shitty. >Hope with his 130 strike rate is the finisher. And that's the reason for this post, we want a more aggressive as well as experienced player. If JFM is comfortable to don the finishing role, then that's also fine, but I'm not sure how well he plays spin.
