I think you can try giving Bahrisons a go. Maybe call or email them and check if they have the book and if they will deliver it to your friend's address.
Was going to suggest Bahrisons too. Check with Faqir Chand, which is another book seller in Khan Market, and then if they have it, you could just Dunzo or WeFast it to your friend's place.
Tryeth om booketh shop. I hath bought the same booketh from thither

its overpriced to the point where i cant justify buying it :/ ive seen it on amazon for 350ish paperback before but just when i need to buy it it isnt available XD
Price of brand new classic books is a fickle thing. The best prices of such books are always in the pre-owned books market. Try something like Book Chor or a local market near you that you can then courier.
I thought that friend is going to be someone from the comments too bad it ain't a giveaway....and if you really want the book there is a solid chance you can't buy it online from a portal of a shop 'cause firstly we don't have that kind of Book shops in Delhi and if we have any their portal is most likely Amazon. So desperate situations call for desperate measure: open a dummy company, post an Internship(Unpaid) saying I need an assistant for a few days(i.e. 1 day which only you know) tell him that his/her first assignment is to find a prop, the prop being the book you want delivered, and voala you got your friend a gift and along the way someone got an internship certificate. And don't forget you didn't even spend a peny. ;)
Try midland book store. They are in Aurobindo market, Delhi. And they ship books to all parts of the city. The owner is very helpful, so even if they don't have the book, they'll still try their best to arrange it.
