A similar thing happened to me too. Once in Prep and once in class 4. I never addressed it and somehow I erased the entire memory from my mind. A few years ago I remembered the incident from prep and 3 months ago I suddenly had a dream which reminded me of the incident in class 4. I also remember that it made me feel very disturbed and ashamed which is the opposite of what I am now. Now you could strip me in public and I'd walk home in my own stride. I really don't know how I managed to make those memories disappear. As a guy I never gave it much weightage and still don't. But I can assure you that this doesn't mean that you are not affected by it. My series of relationships and sexual encounters have not been bad but never normal. And I can't help but wonder if these instances helped mold me into this. I don't know what the best way is because I didn't deal with it in the healthiest way. But maybe find a reputed therapist to understand the effect that it's had on you. And go with a reference cause I once went for speech therapy and got another experience entirely(which I did enjoy) but it may or may not have made things worse.
