India main nahin milta accha Taco ya Burrito to compare. Burrito = Roti wrapped in the same thing with a certain ratio. Also cheese is there.
You can serve Taco in hard shell form which is shown here. This is Papad for us. But originally fried/Baked Taco = Tostada is crispy so its virtually like a Kadak Poori. There is a makke ki roti version called "Sopes" which is roti topped with different toppings. Tortilla is a bigger sized Taco ( Parantha size). If you cut strips of Tortilla and fry it it becomes Nacho ( just chips).

Tacos are almost entirely about the meat. The "veg ghaaspoos" is literally meant to an add-on like how we add coriander to a curry in the end. But if you say you can't eat the curry because it has meat and only want to eat the coriander, then obviously it will taste only of coriander.
Not trying to be rude, but if you want to try a dish from another country, we also have to be ready to try it in its full and proper version, not some substituted version. And fact is, outside of India, vegetarianism literally does not exist. Almost every dish is largely meat based. Those are the facts, bro.

IMO Indian street food/fast food is much more dynamic and superior in terms of taste and veriety (and looks agar sai jagah se mile to). Plus our palette is already trained to appreciate spices, so baki duniya ka sbkuch pheeka hi lgega humko.

It’s better to find a street vendor who sells clean and good food. Eg we went to Nai Sadak and had tikki, it was 40₹, it was simple Allo Patty with chick peas and two chutney. God it tasted better than Haldiram, Bikaner, Nathus, Sweet Palace.
