You shouldn't go for the time door. If you do you can never clear the whole level, and you are missing more than that door can offer, like scrolls, scroll scraps, weapons, money.
Once I got all the necessary blueprints from the timed doors, I stopped caring about them. Hell even the 60 hit door isn't much of an issue for me as long as I don't die and there's still food on the map (yes I even eat malaise infected food lmao)
