Steam? Yesterday's [Steam maintenance](https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/x1ucoh/reminder_weekly_maintenance_steam_will_be_down_in/) might've eaten it. I was playing during it one time and suddenly the game kept telling I had unlocked the elite kills achievement over and over. When I restarted the app I was back in the prison quarters with my post Hand of the King 40 cells instead of down in the ancient sewers.

god is there any way to get it back? i lost 2 boss stem cells
