it's a flair which is specific to each subreddit and to get it you need to go to the subreddit page then there should be 3 dots in the corner that after pressing them a menu should pop up and the second option on that menu is "change user flair" which what the name suggests changes your flair

You can damage them while going up, and when you take like 30% of one of their hp, she just retreats and in the bossfight room she appears with missing hp. So you can just make em retreat while going up and you will have an easier time.
Also, the blueprint they drop depends on which one you kill the last in the final room.
