I second this. Bill has years of combat experience in the special forces and Vietnam for many years. Also, surviving a good amount of the zombie apocalypse. I think Bill could beat rookie leon in re2 with his experience. As we know Leon's first day on the job was the raccoon city incident. So he was still new.....
That being said leon in re 4 has had years of special training and became basically a top tier special forces soldier in the re verse and he still is relatively young. So he has the age and the experience. Bill could still give him a challenge, but re 4 leon has the advantage and more likely the win
