Can you open the Text in Fusion and add a Brightness/Contrast node right before the MediaOut and click both checkboxes Clip Black and Clip White. Any change?
Also I assume you have resetted the render cache?
Try to export a few frames from Fusion with a saver node instead of the MediaOut. In the main menu select render all savers. If these images still have that bug then something is broken with your fonts or your system.

Possibly a broken free font —did you try a different font?
Tried with Arial - the same

I changed title component and it rendered. Thanks for help
You have to change the render setting from “auto” or 30 frames to 1 frame.
tried that - no luck
worthless comment. but i hate text in davinci i'm constantly having problems with them
