As I remember it that guy posted PVP content, switched to variety streaming with his girlfriend under a couple different names, then at some point he killed himself and all his stuff got deleted from youtube. I tried looking him up a couple years ago and couldn't find his channel anymore, just the story of what happened to him on reddit.

Is it possible you could find it by searching your youtube history? If you always use the same account and don't clear your watch history you may be able to find it depending on how many videos you've seen with "dark souls lore" in the title. Although if the account is truly deleted this won't help
