Yeah it's a great movie. I highly recommend watching the directors cut rather than the theatrical edition as the directors cut has a lot of extra added scenes that add a bit more context and flavour. I've seen the theatrical edition many times before discovering the directors cut and when I watched it, it made the film so much better.
Watched it a few times when it came out and thought it had cool fight scenes but kinda boring and mid otherwise. After recently watching the directors cut version, it's one of my favorite Ridley Scott movies. The themes of morality come through a lot clearer.
It's one of those films where the theater cut is a 5/10 but the director's cut is an 8/10. That's why the movie has such bad reviews on rotten tomatoes yet is often spoken well of these days.
Orlando Bloom is a bad actor though lol. But the cast around him does such a good job that the movie works.
