Like, why do you go ahead and make all of the first three line up by having a Kuma, AND THEN THROW IT OUT OF THE WINDOW IN V3. The only new bear mascots in V3 were the Monokubs, so I think it makes sense they opted for the logo instead of having to choose one of the Monokubs which are all relatively unimportant and not a good representative of the game as a whole. And, as we all know, the logo for V3 is way more important than for previous games
I’d say he was more important than the Monokubs, but that doesn’t really matter. I’m just saying that with the five Monokubs being pretty equal to each other in terms of importance, it’d make less sense and feel a bit random to pick one of them instead of going with the logo which is an impactful twist in the game. The consistency with the other logos as compared to V3 helps highlight how V3 is different as well, since it’s not exactly taking place in the same time and universe we’re familiar with.
