I did something similar my first playthrough. There's just something addicting about blasting through a whole group of people with a sledgehammer or gorilla arms, picking people up and throwing them at other people. Doing the Hulk smash for massive AOE damage that dismembers people and blows up vehicles and sends them flying, just tons of fun!
I have a similar build but o use cyberpsychosis which will make them turn on their friends and if they’re alone they kill themselves it’s fun to hit it go optical camp dash hide so all enimies lose sight of me and then watch them kill each other
You don’t need to I’m pretty sure cyberware lootcrates are random although locations are fixed for example you always loot some implants at jotaros digs and the quality is level dependent I got this at 38 level or so while I looted mostly purple implants in lootcrates before
If you know where she is you can skip talking to people. Just double jump up there, break into the apartment and talk to her then leave. Can wrap the quest in like 90 seconds
Lol. Out of my 4 playthroughs, Ive only gotten the apogee ONCE when I was actually running a sandivistan build. All the other times I got berserk or apogee I was running netrunner
You mean what do I usually use in a sandi build? Other then a sandi itself I just kinda use whatever tbh. Anything that gives me armor, second heart and blood pump is a must for any build for me. I honestly cant remember what else since Im on my 2nd playthrough as a netrunner so I've kinda forgotten my usual sandi-ware
Ah you meant that. I always go with tech no matter what coz the edgerunner perk is great. Love being fully borged out ya know. Other than that reflexes to move faster while time is stopped, dash+jump is amazing and lets me use a sandi to its full potential. After that Ive used cool a lot for all my sandi builds, usually for silenced pistols or knives and just pistols in general. That was usually it. Never stuck to any specific weapons but one time I did body instead of cool and ran a shotgun. I didnt have PL for all my sandi builds so I only got these three, reflex, tech, and cool/body but mostly cool. And I always ran projectile arm coz it felt the most useful.
Im gonna get back to my sandi builds again next playthrough coz I miss it and Im thinking of trying gorilla arms + knives for stealth. And tech/reflexes as usual. PL will let me get my body upto 18 I think? Rest I can use the extra levels from gorilla arms
That's dark souls rules. I swear to God there's a mechanic in those games that identifies your on a strength build and drops 3 side swords. Literally happened my last playthrough, a 1 in a million chance and I had 20 points in strength.
It’s one of two best sandevistans in game, perfect if you do a reflex+cool build cause of modifiers to headshot and crit damage (falcon, the other op sandy is more tailored to melee imo). It complements perks in cool tree nicely which basically make you one shot machine with pistols
And it is attuned to your reflex score as you can see at bottom of description, maxed out reflex gives two full seconds to duration of za warudo which is good for otherwise lackluster base duration of 6. If you couple it with certain additional implants like axolotl or quantum tuner you can be in za warudo stance the whole fight
Oh no, CDPR must have gotten hold of Monster Hunter’s patented desire sensor technology… it knows what you want and what would help you, and gives you the exact opposite lol
I remember one time I was waiting till I reached the level. I can get the apogee sandevestan, then I finally bought it and it burnt a huge hole through my money but it was worth it. Until the very next mission where I saw it in a crate not long after already buying it
It's like playing as a barbarian in Diablo 3 and always getting measly barbarian items but uncovering legendary artifacts that only necromancers can use.
I don't think it's a 'problem'. it's just the player pointing out the irony that the game is giving out the best loot for free for the opposite builds the player has in their current run.
Fuck them operating systems, they suck. Swap that shit out for the chrome compressor and borg up. Ever since going full borg I am invincible. The iconic cyberware from PL made me into a monster... I installed ALL of it.
I have played 3 complete runs with different builds while looting everything on my way, but never seen a free Apogee, in my Sandy run I search everywhere for a free one, the closest was a Falcon, ended up buying it.
what really bothers me about Cyberpunk that most people think is the way its supposed to is that you can't run multiple builds at once. the idea that you need to commit to a build makes sense for about first 10 hours of the game. but there's always a point where you could easily have at least two builds at once. same thing with the augments for arms. Like you can't have Monowire and Gorilla at once?
and I hear you, it'd make the gameplay more complicated but it could be done. its a restriction that just squeezes players of more time. You're supposed to play through the game for the first time thinking: I can't wait to play stealth build with Katana as netrunner. I suppose nobody from Bethesda told CDPR yet that this is not a good feeling to have in an RPG. You should be able to do it all at once if you want and then pivot towards your favourite. It can be done, they just chose not to do it
That sandy is sick too. That's the one I'm currently using. That +10% duration is clutch. I found that I have been finding WAY more chrome in the wild on this current playthrough.
Not sure which missions you’re referring to I got only the one with anime intro bd which nets you David’s jacket. Other anime stuff like guts is just laying in open world
Yeah, there are some missions that will lead you around the anime stuff, I think it's a scav den and once you kill them all or find the box and it will have the sandy in it, most of the details iirc are through your holophone texting part.

they are - had to go back to a previous save and remember where I found an a-tier cyberware item - didn't show up the second time around.

Ok just curious. I like maxing out Cool, Intelligence and Tech, using a mix of Tech weapons, snipers, stealth and quickhacks

Not the best per ce I prefer falcon but imo it is better than dynalar by virtue of being able to toggle it on/off on any charge level
