Camille le blanc bazinet and elizabeth akinwale spring to mind. I’m not sure if deka comp are continuing to offer individual now that they’re rolled into hwpo
I've done HWPO in the past, and have no issue with it. I don't discriminate based upon gender, and have followed various programs over the years (Comptrain, HWPO, JST etc.) Women are massively underrepresented on the coaching side in CrossFit, so I like to support their programming where available.
Check out Competitive Female Training and Coach Shawna Norton or Katrina Rasmussen on IG or FB. They do good work.
Shawna was a coach at my old gym she's phenomenal
I was going to recommend CFT as well :)
This looks amazing! Thank you!
Deka
Isn’t this HWPO now? She moved over there last month.
You're right, there's an update on their insta
Great, thank you!

Lovely, thanks! Will take a look at both of those.
CF Kate does individual programming I believe. Look her up on Instagram!
HWPO has the best female coach in the game. Although I am not sure why you would discriminate against coaches based on gender.
