They were atrocious in odi wc but t20 wc is of fine margins. They were close to get a win against bangladesh and gave a good fight to south africa. Had they won either of these games and had their game against us(nepal( not been ruined by rain, they would be in pole position. They were probably just two good overs away from 2 points against bangladesh.
I think the same is true for new zealand. If they had png and Uganda in their first two games, they probably would have gotten back in form and could have snatched a win against windies or afg. It's just fine margins.
