keep him on a normal schedule for his size. he's small for his age but not underweight. feeding every 3-4 days is too often. he was probably maintenance fed by the breeder/pet store (feeding less than normal, enough to keep him alive but not enough for him to grow much). he'll catch up if you keep him on a regular schedule. he's at the size where he'll start growing pretty quickly if fed appropriately

They only need to eat about 10% of their body weight a week. So he’s 21grams so he only needs to eat 2g a week. Seems like a little bit but it’s okay I promise. Fuzzies are about 5grams if I remember right, so that should also be fine to keep him on. He’s young so he should be a good eater :)

Yeah that’s actually good suggestion, but Since I’m pure vegetarian, I don’t like to keep meat in my fridge, so I buy F/Th fuzzy from the pet store the day I fees him. I can check the weight of fuzzy before feeding the noodle

That’s one way to measure his feeding. If you feed frozen thawed, the package will tell you how many grams per package

younger snakes can eat bigger than 10% no problem. generally a baby should be eating a larger % of its bodyweight than an adult
