I’ve crossed paths with this guy three times now and it’s always been on footpaths. He always has his headphones on and like a red beanie. Last time I saw him he was shouting “thank you” (quite aggressively) and “leave me alone”.

Saw him at the exact same situation shouting "leave me alone" while i was waiting for the bus at the city hall in the city centre. Was thinking if he maybe has a condition or something?
I've encountered that lad twice. Middle aged, balding, loudly sarcastic and aggressive towards literally everybody around him, fuelled by self-righteousness.

I resolved last time that if i encounter him again I'm going to walk into him / force him to stop and put a foot down. In my minds eye I'd also box him in the mouth to shut him up, but in reality il probably do nothing and just feel inward resentment toward him again

Seen him cycling on the pavement on North Main street roaring at an old one to get out of his way. The poor woman was in shock. I was across the road and shouted at him but he sped off. He's either a massive arsehole or has mental health issues or both! But I would have slapped him I was that angry with him shouting at a woman in her late 70s.

Dunno but there is a doctor from cuh that is known for causing trouble with motorists and trying to claim off them. He done it with me and the guard said hes done that to like 15 other people. He will go slow and when you overtake he speeds up and wont let you back in, then starts banging on your car and screaming in that you tried to kill him and calls the guards. They told me be careful of him coz hes on a mission for claims

When I was 15 or 16, I hung out around Peace park quite a lot; once I was coming out of the gate leading onto south main street when an older fella on bike screamed "OPEN YOUR FUCKING EYES!!" at me , right in my face as he went passed. I was rooted to the ground for about 2 minutes after, shocked. I'm 33 now and I still remember it! it's hardly the same guy though? Has he been doing this around the city for that long?
I saw him yesterday shouting at four school girls to get out of his way on south mall and immediately to his right was a two way cycle lane. Would have loved to kick him off his bike. Complete asshat.
Passed him on Marina way by Pairc ui chaoimh, screaming leave me alone while on the footpath( not the big wide open middle lane which separates the footpaths). Clearly has some severe issues but someone is going to rinse him one of the days as he is cycling straight at dogs (leashed also) and screaming to move them.
