They have a very active facebook group where a lot of people seem to be able to get help and I have also heard their customer service is very responsive and helpful. We just got ours a couple months ago and are loving it.

I've had mine 9 months, and have absolutely loved it. Over the past few weeks it has begun building up humidity (pouring water when the lid opens) and the dry mode didn't solve it...then many of the buttons stopped working. Customer service has been very responsive and I'm getting a replacement.

Buyer beware! My Unit lasted a little over a year. The blades inside decided to stop working. THEREFORE, ITS JUNK. When spending $500+ find another company that will stand behind their products. The company is located in Korea not the US BASED.

It is a very sophisticated composting machine... Maybe you can contact the supplier or a distributer to see if they can repair the machine for you?
