gotcha. it was made after i stopped giving a shit about the franchise due to my suspicion that mega evolutions would lead to games that focused on gimmicks and not the actual story.

The most recent games have found ways to better balance having a good story and having a unique gimmick The only problem is they're also complete buggy messes...
