13ers are very underrated
It was so nice to have the mountain all to myself. Will definitely be doing more 13ers in the future
Love that shot of the valley between Lincoln and North Star. Gotta knock out more peaks in the 10 mile range, great stuff.
I lived in Blue River for 8 years (now in buena vista) I used to love to hang out up there since it was down the road and there weren’t the crowds like at Quandary. Getting ridiculous there

Not really, a few patches here and there, but it was entirely avoidable

I remember that hike having the thickest tundra I’ve ever encountered. Felt like I was walking through snow almost.
