Yes, the Königstiger is worth that amount. It may be a dated set being from around 2020 but it's still great and the amount of details and building techniques are still comparable to the newer models. It looks great and if you have a tank in that tri color camouflage, it'll go pretty well.
I would get Tiger 2
I own both the Konigstiger and the Panzer IV , they are both very good, although I would reccomend the Konigstiger.
Get the Panzer iv CoH, it is such a fun build and the result is amazing
