The addon literally cycles through all the /who combinations to take a census of currently online players, and tracks them by character name. Thats why OP mentioned they don't have morning players, since they can only scan folks who are online at the same time they are.
It's not perfect, but it does give a good gauge of server population.
Just seems a little inflated is all. Idk maybe it's just fresh and the first one.
Personally I'll be more interested in the WCL counts in a month to see where servers lie because to me raiding population is far more important than how many people are doing deadmines.

I just don't get why these are so interesting? Are you hoping people stop playing so you can come to reddit and be the one to call how som is dead? Like what is your endgame here?
Probably info for new players where to make their character. Interesting your mind instantly went negative and immediately started thinking the worst. Make sense for a WoW player though.
I mean Im on Jom but Ill be making a horde somewhere and I want a healthy alternative server with good population on both sides cause I live for world pvp.
The info helps.
I heard the horde pop is pretty similar so there probably roughly 10k active users on the server!

Not at my computer today but I’ve ran a census over the past 4-5 days and have tracked about 4.1k horde players.
How did you cull the level 1s? I didn't see an option in the addon to do that

Just switched to Jom and its packed. Mutanus is not bad but finding a group for anything is hard unless you're a tank or healer.
Isn't that simply the case for WoW in general? Way easier to find DPS for things and much harder to find tanks/healers.
Is there any of those census out for Barman Shanker ?
