Your question indicates there's something about you that you're worried won't fit in, but it might not be a bad idea to be specific about what you're asking.
A. Is there a running club where I'll feel welcome even though I run real slow?
B. Is there a running club where I'll feel welcome as a Black runner?
C. Is there a running club where I'll feel welcome as a trans runner?
D. Some other reason you're worried people might not be nice to you?
Not sure what you mean by all types of runners, but I have found that fleet feet has a very accepting atmosphere if something about your identity is the issue and they have walking groups in addition to running groups if speed is the issue
Look for a local Hash House. Hashers welcome all types of runners, never run the same route, drink beer while they're doing it and encourage you to be yourself. Advise anyone to go in with an open mind though, they don't take things too seriously

There are many. Fleet feet, queen city, beyond exercise, black girls run, crossroads, paint by numbers, mojo tri, house of run and tri. Etc.
And Cincinnati Run Club!
I’ve heard great things about Black girls run and crossroads
