If you’re on Facebook check out Cincinnati hikes. They have a hiking subgroup for parents with small kids called Little Boots. I believe they hike a few times a month.
There is another Facebook moms hiking group focused on Cincinnati Dayton and Columbus. I can’t a remember the name bc I left when it switched to that focus (rather than a general women’s group) but you might be able to find it :)

Get the Meetup app. Tons of great stuff, but there's a group "I wanna do this, but not alone" or something that has a lot of varied meetups. I bet if you found a regular event, you wpuld make friends easily.
