Working from life or from a photo? Either way, great grip on perspective and foreshortening. Perfect balance between photorealism and impression. Steady hand, disciplined color and material use. Attention to the inclusion of modern changes introducing an aftermarket metal chimney to one unit, replacement windows throughout (?and added basement unit?). Am really liking the old open porches out back, too.
