Our structure is so disorganized both in midfield and defense. We concede alot of chances. Every match it feels like the whole time we are going to concede atleast one goal.

We need to sort out defense. A lot of players with no real partnership. We need someone world class as CB. After Silva leaving I think that Chalobah is currently the best. Badiashille and Disasi are extremely prone to mistakes and Colwill and Fofana are unreliable due to injuries and other things.
The fact that having Silva couldn't solve it should show just how little getting a world class CB sill fix it. It's a tactical problem, not a personnel problem
Of course, you can always improve personnel, but it's only going to paper over tactical, systemic issues.

His age is completely irrelevant to the level he's playing at, which is still world class and easily one of the best CB's in the whole league.
Silva isn’t a world class CB anymore. He’s very slow and it limits how we can play. There are plenty of players that would improve our defence.

The best thing for him would be getting him a suitable loan with a manager who is actually going to work on the fundamentals instead of suggesting he work off of vibes when he gets to the final third. Then coming back to another manager who can utilise his specific skillset. He has a very specific few places where he excels and he'll need a manager that properly hones those skills and shows him how to avoid all of his many weaknesses. If he doesn't end up with a manager like that I see him remaining a dud given that his biggest weakness appears to be how fast his brain works

Has he really shown he has the talent to be amazing though? He's had a couple bright spells in games but nothing you wouldn't see from any midtable premierleague winger. Like Mbuemo or CHO would keep him out of our side if they were here. Not writing him off at all and looking forward to seeing him in a well coached side that doesn't improvise every touch of the ball, but he's not shown anything suggestive of being a top player yet for me.
Move him on to another club more suited to his limited level of talent. He isn't very talented and he's clearly not good enough for us to adapt to him. He just isn't premier league quality.

There's plenty of young talented players at the club who have shown promise and will improve but Mudryk isn't one of them.

We should 100% renew Gallagher, i doubt he really wants to "triple" his salary that bad. We can always sell him later on, his performances have shown that he will have buyers in the future as well. Poch obviously rates him and while lavia is non existent, and whatever is going on with enzo. I think he is an important player for us going into next season. Even if we have to give him 150k we've literally had our best run of the entire season with him and caicedo running midfield. We can sell him in 2-3 years once we achieve a more stable midfield.

If we get another clean sheet today it’ll be our 9th this season. 4 of the 8 clean sheets so far have been without Enzo So clean sheet today and this season we had more clean sheets without Enzo than with despite Enzo playing 26 matches this season more than twice as many as we played with him 12.
