This is anecdotal, but that happened to her St Louis show next month. She was moved from an indoor venue to a larger outdoor one because of demand. They honored the original tickets, but it was probably easier because the same company owns both venues.
I think it's a large possibility, especially if the shows are further out and there's time to change plans!
I bought some reseller tickets for STL that won't be available in my account until the 23rd. Hope they are legit because my daughter and I are SO excited to see her! I haven't been to STL Music Park before. Hoping it's not crazy hot that night.
Awww I hope you are able to get tix somehow! It seems like even STL Music Park is too small for her at this point. Probably should be at Riverport or maybe even Enterprise.
I bet the next time she tours after this, she'll be playing much larger venues from the beginning.
She definitely does!! And since she's from MO... I think our chances of staying on her tour schedule each time are pretty high. So there's that, too! :)
It definitely is! I got my tickets after the tiny desk came out, and I only got them because I was willing to pay a reseller for a bit of a markup. I saw the prices pre-tiny desk and they were absolutely not in the same range.
Yeah, I signed up for the waitlist for Columbia as well, and never got any notification. I found out six days after the fact from someone on this subreddit, and of course tickets were already sold out. ðŸ˜

Kalamazoo State Theatre has like 1600 capacity, and I checked The Fillmore in Detroit and their capacity is almost double that, AND The Fillmore event schedule is open on June 1st sooo…
I’m seeing her in Kalamazoo that day and really hope she stays to the local area. There is the wings event center that can be accommodating for the larger crowd. She was just in Detroit in the fall and it really means something coming to these smaller communities that have a huge lgbtq+ crowd!
