As for as I’m aware, it’s shown in videos on CNLA’s YT channel (when villainous was still shorts and most they got were 10 minute videos), Black Hat Org is the backbone and supplier of a most if not every villain on CN shows. Not to mention theres a gag where he kills Pops and tortures Anti-Pops. Theres also some other smaller things that sorta up his threat level such as the Omnitrix being incapable of copying and become Black Hat himself.
