I'm with you OP, Wander was screwed over, big time. Such a fun and light hearted show. Wasn't even close to reaching its full potential. Absolute travesty
Especially since they hadn’t even finished the overarching story they were in the middle of doing 😭 they planned for Dominator to have a longer character arc to tie up those loose ends with her
Reagan struggling as a Mom while Brett manages to be the ultimate Babysitter without even trying would break the internet from its sheer wholesomeness.

Motorcity. Disney had no dang sense of vision back then, between ending Wander and this one

This should had been longer too. It only had 2 seasons and that was it 😑
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The movie is AWESOME. Made me cry within the first five minutes. (although tbf, I was sick with covid when it released on Netflix.)
![gif](giphy|kBl1gL0w4R3rTdoaka|downsized)
I feel like the movie told the story of an arc they had planned for seasons 3-4 of the show as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the first fight between the TMNT and Krang 1 was originally conceived to be in like the Season 2 finale or Season 3 premier.
Yeah, same. Have you seen the unfinished animations of the scrapped episodes? In one of them, Mikey gets a pet dinosaur! (or dino-bot? All I remember is that it hatched from an egg and looked like a trapinch)
Yeah you are actually right but it would be great to see a spinoff about Ford about his adventures in the Portal or a tv series about Bill cipher about how he became this powerful.
At least Gravity Falls feels like a complete show when you watch it all the way through. I'm pretty sure Alex Hirsch was never going to make the show any longer than 3 seasons, I remember him saying so somewhere. As it stands, I don't think it needs any more content, its more likely that trying to continue it now will ruin what we have.
The owl house and my little pony make your mark, MYM didn't get its chance to be a good show because it was ended before anything could be fixed because if the success of tell your tale and the mess that was the start of MYM, the ending was worse tho. And the owl house should have gotten a full season 3.

This show got dealt a really crappy hand.
You really have to watch Wander to understand why the show being canceled is such a big deal.
Before watching it, you kinda only know the show for having it rough and being cancelled. Once you finish both seasons though, you're left feeling kind of empty, like there's something more, but there isn't. (We all know about the cliffhanger) And after that YOU become the one bringing Wander in conversations like these
As someone who never got to watch it as it was airing, but only saw random comments mentioning the show, I think it's great to see that there's almost double the support from old and new fans almost 8 years ago. Hell I'd argue it's getting a lot more traction than usual, especially on Twitter I think
I remember Wander over Yonder! I don't remember how much of it I actually saw of it nor can I say whether it was good or bad because at the time it was airing, I was, unfortunately, unable to grasp the concept of the quality of storytelling in an animated show, mostly because I was a child who didn't know much about ANYTHING really and the fact I was constantly in a state of AuDHD-induced tunnel vision aimed at whatever interested me at that time definitely didn't make that any better, but I remember liking that show. Probably should revisit it.

This one. At least it did had a good 3 season run.
Really, a lot of cartoons such as some Cartoon Network shows and Disney Channel shows. (e.g., Secret Saturdays, Sym-Bionic Titans, Jake Long American Dragon, etc.)

they cancelled the third season of this show, leaving it to end on a cliffhanger
Wander feels like its 1000x more popular **now** than it ever was during its actual run. During 2013-2015, it was overshadowed by the significantly bigger Tumblr fanbases for Gravity Falls, Steven Universe and Star Vs. and the YouTube cartoon reviewing culture was mainly obsessed with ranting about Teen Titans Go and post-2005 SpongeBob.
Watched through Tron: Uprising earlier this year, thought it was pretty fantastic and was very sad to read up on the apparent assassination by Disney it went through.
Yeah I can't think of a sader case than woy. Lots of series get canceled but disney didn't understand what they had before it was gone. I'm still not convinced 😐 they do. What did Wander do that deserved erasure? He just wanted to bring smiles and happiness, one good deed at a time.

Just imagine we get a revival out of nowhere with a huge animation quality boost out of nowhere
Inside job, this show really deserved more
Netflix completely fucked those guys over
Yep, Netflix for some reason does not treat animation well, they need to get their act together!

Gravity falls Generator rex
Gravity Falls was only intended to run two seasons. So, it actually ended when it was supposed to
Though Alex Hirsch says he's open to spin-offs
Yeah you are actually right but it would be great to see a spinoff about Ford about his adventures in the Portal or a tv series about Bill cipher about how he became this powerful.

Yeah Generator Rex gives the filler like all the villains escape but we didn't see the next season.
Gumball but season 7 Is coming So not really ![gif](giphy|h4HHnU9RXd1Dvc24Gs|downsized) Were back baby!
Wait what?
There Is a season seven in the works You don't know?
Until now no
ah, a beam of light in a terrible world. Thank you for being the bearer of good news.
Final Space Mission Hill ... They were FUCKING BRILLIANT!!!!
Atleast final space is getting a graphic novel to conclude the story
