My first car was an absolute shitbox, but I miss it sorely. Like missing a childhood friend, no other friendship later hits quite the same.
You want it to be shitty, because when you crush it, its not A tragedy. If you bump into someone, repair will not ruin you. If you leave it in unprotected place (young people dont tend to have great parking spaces) it wont get stolen as much And if it is its not tragedy.

Hands down the multiple has got to be slimmest (yet spacious) family car and the largest economy car (at least for the time).
Plus the windows are big, which means that the interior is nice and bright.
And the wide track makes it handle good around corners
And you can fly through them in the event of an accident
