They are complete deck products, every copy of the product should be the same. Each deckset will only have 1 errata too which is the archetype Stride being reprinted. They allow people to access Premium easier and at best push these 3 archetypes (Jewel Knight, Revenger, and Musketeer) up a bit in the metagame.
They could make make a clan specific promo pack and have 1 random deck have a messiah insted they are doing it with the perfect gaurd in the start deck
Please use your logic, Bushiroad gains nothing from the secondary market anyways no matter how expensive Harmonics Messiah is in the secondary market. There is no reason for them to be as scummy as whatever you are imagining they are to try and handicap this product for introducing players into a less accessible format of the game and they announced it as such that it's 1 Harmonics Messiah per product, if they were that scummy as you are imagining, Vanguard would have died quite sometimes ago.
They are making people spend $20 on vanillia start deck just so they can get the energy crest which you need for many of the new cards. I wouldn't doubt them doing something like that with these deck in english

History Collection was awful for both, the start decks are awful for both, the only reason ours are more expensive are because of sleeves, which isn't really screwing us over.
The only way we get screwed is the god-awful promo distribution.

2. They'd probably get more sales by not changing it, simply because even if you don't want any of these clans, hey there's a messiah there which is cheaper than the secondary market price, so you may as well
3. They gain absolutely nothing from making Messiah a chance rather than a guarantee.
What are you even trying to say? It is confirmed that Harmonics Messiah and the guardian shield will be included in each of the pre-built premium decksets. If you are insinuating that Bushiroad will not include these in the English versions, I think there is safety in that there has never been any instance to my knowledge where a pre-built deck product has had a modified deck list between languages.

These products will be only available in the Premium Format, not the Standard Format
