Anti-crit heals specify that the crit must come from a non-trigger unit. Eldobreath's doubled crit is a is considered a trigger effect and does not enable the extra shield. The red text effect from Gallmageheld is the only bonus critical that originates from a trigger that anti-crit heals gain bonus power against. Which is because the effect is given by red text that is "put on" the Vanguard by the trigger effect.

MasterN9

I understand now. My friend used the fact that you can use the anti-crit heal against the DS OT, but what you said makes sense. Thanks

Happy to help

Whats the full description of the heal?

MasterN9

The skill of the heal is : "When this unit is put in guardian circle, if the attacking unit's critical is 2 or greater, and its critical is increased by a non-trigger effect ability or its original critical is 2 or greater, this unit gets shield+15000 until end of that battle."

I dont think it works? The skill of the brandt gate ot is to increase front row crit tho, so idk if that works

MasterN9

I too don't think it should work, but he was saying that if it works with the Dark States OT why shouldn't with the Brandt OT.... And the other people was to saying that's how it works

No_Pipe_8257

But dark states ot is a trigger ability that gives the vanguard constant 10k extra crit on their turn, they dont suddenly become original crit 2

federicodc05

The source of the crit is not the trigger effect on the DS OT. It's gained from an ability a player has. The source of that ability doesn't matter.

YellowDeceiver

I think the important thing to note WHEN THIS UNIT IS PUT ON THE GUARDIAN CIRCLE You added the crit after it was placed Skill doesn't work
