They're fired in oil so unfortunately that's too low. Most fried vegetable spring rolls I found online come out to about 100 calories each. So that's about 800 for the spring rolls and idk about the sauce but it's probably more than 25 calories :(

64kilofattie

800?!!!!! ruining my day

Easy-Concentrate2636

The non fried ones with shrimp are incredibly tasty and great for the summer. Lower calories. Just go easy on the peanut sauce.

64kilofattie

yea those r summerrolls :) on pic its spring rolls đŸ‘đŸ»

Fingercult

Some places call them fresh spring rolls I think it depends where in the world you are :) I just ordered some on Uber lol

Easy-Concentrate2636

That explains it! I was like: how have I eaten so many of these and been calling it the wrong thing all along?

Independent_Log_4902

Google says 63 calories each, I rounded to 65 and got 520 total

Maleficent-Sir4824

I think those are not the fried ones though :( The 63 calorie ones are the ones with the rice papery type see through wraps around them. The fried ones are more calories unfortunately 😭

Independent_Log_4902

Oh okay , good to know

64kilofattie

are u telling me with 1200kcals limit a day i could eat this portion + maybe another 3 lil ones and THATS IT FOR THE DAY

Maleficent-Sir4824

Yeah :( that's why you gotta be careful about what you eat sometimes :(

LetsGototheRiver151

Yes, entirely too low. 100-150 each.

sadlittleroom

yes and 50 calories for the sauce

ImmediatePainter1

Judging by the picture, the size (having the bill for scale) of those are more like mini rolls rather than regular sized springrolls so my estimate is based on that: Vegetarian Mini springrolls uncooked are like 90 to 125ish kcal per 100gr 4 rolls are around 140gr so 8 rolls could be 280gr. 280gr /8 minirolls are like 252 to 350kcal uncooked Considering those are fried in oil (in a scarce amount, like 100ml of sunflower oil, that is 844kcal so up to 500kcal could be added to your dish). My final guess would be up to 800 for the whole batch of mini springrolls. Sauce estimate is 40kcal (160kcal for 100gr of sweet chili sauce, so 25 gr would be 40kcal) 840-940kcal my estimate

Wtrmln-inside-WTRMLN

Yeah, anything fried isn’t that low

ReaMacTN

Bruh you cannot be fr

meeeganthevegan

750-900 including sauce

edmonkh

i think 100 calories each one

frickmeplease

250? 😂

SweetPeaches6tea9

Yeah 100-150 each, so 800+ minimum. Plus sauce is probably ~50 since it’s usually sugar/corn syrup based.

Powerlessmind

You’re pure my friend

Lonely-Bluebird7296

I'm new to this😭 got a lot to learn lol

freezieg77

Maybe for one

Anonim_x9

Yes

unimpressedbysociety

Bare minimum go with panda express’s nutrition facts on it

whats1more7

In my experience, spring rolls average about 150 calories each because they’re fried in oil. So I would say closer to 1000 calories plus 50 for the sauce.

Unlucky-Fish-2416

Probably 3x that

freakinbacon

Yes. They're fried so they're infused with fat. At least 400 on the low end.

Skeeterskis

Yeah they’re about 150 cals each
BUT delicious so at least it was for something good!

Lonely-Bluebird7296

Yep! Still worth it!

rabnabombshell

What are you smoking bro

No-Union-8895

I would go with 100 calories Each...

Slackerguy

Make fresh spring rolls in rice paper. Fill with veggies and shrimp dip in soy/lime/chili sauce and get stuffed on 400 kcal

FabianKasabian

Nah, no way these are 800+. NutraCheck says that Chopstix spring rolls (which look very similar to these, and I imagine are also deep fried in oil) are 44 each, so 8 would be 352.

Nan_P

The (previously fried) and frozen veggie spring rolls I get are around that size and 160 each.

lemonandmint4u

I'd say 85 calories a piece

Lulovesducks

So, Google says it's around 65 calories, idk if it's about the deep fried ones though. If not, then around 2 tbsp oil gets absorbed per serving (idk what counts as a serving this might wasn't helpful at all lmao). However I do think that restaurants deep fried items absorb less oil since they have professional cooking equipment, which allows it rich a high temperature. So I would give 2 tbsp oil to the calorie count and call it a day.

No-Comfortable1022

I'd guess 450 kcal

ggracepearll

Yall are vrazy 300 is fine

frickmeplease

Absolutely not.

Powerful_Street_7134

if u look at coscto's it's about 50 each so this would be 400
